Our first floor home offers a spacious open floor plan: living room, dining room and kitchen with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a screened patio with a view of the golf course. When designing our home, our goal was to create a relaxing and comfortable retreat for ourselves and our guests. There are multiple pools and hot tubs in areas located within the resort with one just steps from your condo. Also, there is a tennis court, an on-site restaurant, bar and pro shop at the clubhouse along with a golf school for lessons from the pros.
Our home is ideally located on True Blue Plantation Golf Course, about a 5 minute drive to the beach, close to area festivals, attractions, shopping, fine and casual dining, historic plantation tours, bike trails, world class golf and so much more it is the perfect home away from home for avid golfers, beach lovers, families and snowbirds.

Pawley's Island is at the south end of the Grand Strand, close enough to all the attractions of Myrtle Beach, yet offering a feeling of getting away from it all. Pawley?s Island?s beautiful, pristine, & uncrowded beach is a peaceful and tranquil environment that is perfect for relaxing in the sun, enjoying a picnic lunch, or taking a walk along the surf. Pawley?s Island is about 20 miles south of Myrtle Beach, just north of historic Georgetown and Charleston is 70 miles to our south and is a fun day trip.

The open concept living area consists of a living room with ample, comfortable seating, tv,dvd & patio access. The dining area has upholstered seating for 6 and stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has all the conveniences of home for you to cook all of your meals should you choose to do so. There is also a grill out back just off the patio. When we dicided to buy a vacation home it was important that we find a place that had something for the entire family. The choice to buy in Pawleys Island was an easy one. The laid back lifestyle and southern charm of Pawleys Island is exactly what we were looking for in a 2nd home.We have been visiting the area for over 15 yrs and have friends who live here year round.Some of our fondest vacation memories were made here.

It was clean and comfortable and the resort is top notch. Great place for morning walks. We golfed some of the great courses in the area and the unit was very centrally located. I can see large groups of golfers staying here since there is ample sleeping arrangements. Kitchen fully equipped for cooking in and I love the high dining table. Everything was wonderful and we would most certainly return and rent this unit all over again.

I selected this condo because the pictures looked so nice. I was anxiously hoping that we would not be disappointed when we arrived. Let me assure you, we were thrilled. This place is absolutely beautiful. The décor is so pretty. It is just very well done. More importantly, it is immaculate. The beds which are so often uncomfortable in hotels and condos were so comfortable, we didn’t want to get up in the morning. There is a full kitchen with all of the amenities, so we ate in a couple of nights. We did go out to dinner at a seafood restaurant (I don’t recall the name of it) in Murrell’s Inlet which is about 10 minutes away. There are lots of restaurants and pubs to choose from in the area. As a matter of fact, there is a bar and restaurant right in the resort. We spent the evenings after dinner relaxing on the enclosed porch with a glass of wine. It was so peaceful. In the mornings, we walked on the beach which is serene. This is a beautiful resort community and I would definitely recommend it. The unit is ideally located on the first floor and conveniently near the one of the pools. It is spotlessly clean and comfortable and is tastefully decorated. There was plenty of room for the six of us to spread out. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything we needed to cook some of our meals at home and we also made use of the charcoal grill. On the nights we chose to eat out we found many wonderful restaurants in the area. We enjoyed the golf course and pristine beaches along with shopping, site seeing and the kids loved the water park and the amusements at nearby Myrtle Beach. There was plenty of space and all the amenities needed. The condo was clean, well maintained and very nicely decorated. Screen porch overlooking golf course was a peaceful location for early morning coffee. Condo was located close to some of the most beautiful golf courses in South Carolina. Also minutes from the beach, shopping and a variety of dining experiences. I would love to stay again.
