Your hosts Karyn and Craig Wattam warmly invite you to Fairway Cottage. The couple have lived on the Kapiti Coast for most of their lives and are able to assist with most things you need to know about the local area.

The relaxed lifestyle the Kapiti Coast offers was the inspiration for Fairway Cottage. Craig and Karyn wanted to create a cosy retreat that mirrored the tranquil environment.

The cottage's proximity to the Paraparaumu Shopping Village and Paraparaumu Beach Links Golf Course is a bonus of staying at the cottage. Craig is a keen golfer and is happy to arrange tee times where requested.

Craig and Karyn have travelled extensively together and appreciate the pleasures and pitfalls of finding suitable accommodation. They have used this experience to create an intimate home away from home at Fairway Cottage. They will ensure all your needs are met.

The Cottage has an open plan lounge kitchen and dining room with mahogany stained floors. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge, dishwasher and stove. The living dining area is warm and inviting and with luxury furnishings, all your needs will be met.

There is a gas fire and also a DVD player, Television and stereo. There are a selection of books magazines, DVDs and CDs for your enjoyment.

The laundry is complete with washing machine and dryer for your complimentary use. The Bathroom has a selection of complimentary natural toiletries, fluffy white towels. With its natural stone shower floor and a view of the willow tress through the skylight you should feel refreshed and relaxed.

The Master bedroom is restful and relaxing with a Super King Bed and crisp white linen. Twin beds are available on request.

We recommend a minimum of two nights to thoroughly enjoy your stay so why not stay another night for $135.

We are able to offer great mid week prices Sunday to Thursday $150 for 1 night or $125 for two or more nights.  This makes for a fantastic stay which is great for business or pleasure.

Basic Nightly Rates

  • Our standard nightly rates  $200 or $175 for 3 or more nights
  • 1 May to 31 Nov $150 or $125 for 3 or more nights

We do have a stretcher bed so are able to accommodate an extra person at a charge of $30 per night
