Beautiful quaint small dog friendly 3 bedroom,newly decorated house just 2 blocks to beach. Come stay at one of the most beautiful beaches in the world! Our newly decorated home is your home away from home. A place where kids of all ages will find so many things to do and when the day is finally over you won't be cooped up in a hotel room. Our house is a short two block walk to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico located in the desirable and quiet Thomas Drive area. We are close to everything but not in the middle of bumper to bumper traffic. A stay in Panama City Beach can provide you and your family fond memories that you will remember "happily ever after." Some of Panama City Beach's entertainment incllude Emerald Falls Putt-Putt golf, Go-Carts, Bumper Boats and Bungee Sling Shot, Wonderworks, Ripley's and Zoo World. Some close restaurants include Capt'n Jacks seafood buffet, Liza's, Finn's Surf Shack, Pickle Patch and Club Lavilia, Spinakers, Hammerhead Freds and plenty of other popular nightlife! Waffle House is great for those on a budget. Schooner's the local's favorite live entertainment bar and restaurant located on the beach is a short walk away from our house. On Thomas drive visit Captain Anderson's Marina, Boatyard Restaurant or Mr.Surf's Surf Shop to rent paddle boards, surfboards and bikes. St Andrews Park with ferry rides to Shell Island is a great way to see dolphins and find some beautiful seashells. Ship Wreck Island Water Park is a fun place for kids of all ages. Bedroom number 1( Master Bedroom ) King size bed with master bathroom, ceiling fan and flat screen tv. Master bathroom has extra large tub with hand held shower Upstairs bathroom has regular size tub and shower. Bedroom number 2 is upstairs and has a queen size bed,flat screen tv,ceiling fan and walk in closet. Bedroom number 3 is also upstairs and has two twin beds, ceiling fan and tv in room. For parents with only 2 children who prefer to sleep on same floor as children will be comfortable in the upstairs large 2nd bedroom. Kitchen features a large table that accommodates 6 people. Kitchen is fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator w/ icemaker, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, with pot/pans/utensils/coffee maker, ice tea maker, hand mixer, blender, toaster, food chopper. Laundry located behind closed doors in kitchen with washer/dryer. Attached garage a place where many people who live in Florida like to sit in the evenings. Yard is fenced in so your furry children can come on vacation with you. Must be 25 years of age to rent house. We rent only to families and mature couples. |

We rent only to families and mature couples. Groups of friends in their 20's are not permitted. This is a residential neighborhood and no large parties are permitted. House only sleeps 6 people and any more than that are not permitted. This policy is strictly enforced with outdoor camera and property manager. Extra guests brought will be charged 150. per person.

From pizza cutters to bike tools, night lights to card games, beautiful fenced yard to sand castle necessities- basically this house has EVERYTHING you would need for a comfortable home away from home. Perfect house for vacation, all you need inside...even bikes, beach chairs.... Easy to get hold of owner if you have any questions. Very clean, 5 min walk to the beach. We had a good time. Recomend this house any family.....
It's was affordable and great location and the owner was very nice..It was a great location and near most of all the attractions we went to,and it was easy access to the beach and we just had a awesome time,and I would recommend anyone to stay at Happily Ever After in Panama City Beach Florida.It was clean and it had everything we needed,grill,bicycles,chairs,patio sets,and it had plenty of room.i loved the house and would definitely stay there again,I would recommend it to my family and friends
This was an amazing place to stay! The house was beautiful and in a great spot. It's close to the beach and the state park, as well as, plenty of cool shops and restaurants. My family and I are so sad that we leave tomorrow. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already planning to stay here again. A huge thank you to the owners for having such a great place and being so helpful and pleasant.
This was my first time visiting PCB and it was absolutely amazing! The home was so nice and clean and cosy. The house was stocked with everything you could need and then some! The owner is such a sweetheart and you can tell she takes great pride in her home. We accidentally locked ourselves out of the house and she was so eager to help us. The home is very spacious for the 6 of us as well. Also I absolutely loved the huge soaked tub for taking nice long bubble baths after a long day at the beach! The beach access is only a block or 2 away and very family friendly and not crowded. While staying here you must check out Hammerhead Fred's for the best seafood ever! We also rented a pontoon boat (highly recommend adventures at sea). I HIGHLY reccomend this home!! Wish I could give it 100 stars! Thanks so much Sue you are amazing! Can't wait to come back soon!!
We loved this rental. It is located off the front beach road, but only a short walk (or drive) to the public beach. The neighborhood was very quiet and the fenced back yard was wonderful for sitting at the patio table visiting after dark. The house was so well accommodated, we wanted for nothing but the food we purchased. There were even bicycles, a baby stroller, a toddler's chair, and two small child's pools in the garage -- everything was thought of to make guests comfortable. Our visit included three generations and all of us loved the place and much preferred it over a hotel rooms. It was perfect, and I highly recommend this property. P.S. The owner was wonderful to work with and very accommodating and the key pickup could not have been easier.
