This 3 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo is located on the 4th Floor of Tower 1 at Calypso Resort, which is one of the top condos at Panama City Beach in large part because it is the closest condo (within walking distance) to PCB's hottest shopping district- Pier Park, which has over 200 stores.
Here are some of the features and new improvements you will enjoy in our condo:
All Tile Floors: No smelly carpet or unsightly stains. We have solid tile through out the condo, one of the very few to offer this feature.
Free Use of Beach Chairs and Umbrella during season (March 15 to October 31).
No Hassel Check In: Unlike many listings on VRBO, this is a true owner managed condo. Thus you will not have to stand in long lines at check in day. We will send you your keyless entry code well in advance. You just walk in our door and start enjoying your vacation!
Amazing Views: Arguably the 4th floor has some of the most amazing views of any floor height. You can still see the surf when sitting down in the living room. As floors get higher all you can see are views of the deep ocean, not the beach or surf.
IS ALCOHOL STILL ALLOWED ON THE BEACH? Some have the misconception that alcoholic beverages are no longer allowed on the beaches at PCB. This law only applies during the month of March. The rest of the year alcoholic beverages are allowed on the beach.

*Maximum Occupancy is 6 adults (or 8 total if at least two are under the age of 13). There is a one king sized bed, one queen sized bed, one sofa sleeper (queen), one full size bed (lower bunk), and one twin bed (top bunk).

*Convenient Fourth Floor Central Location. Just One Floor Up from the Parking Deck Crosswalk. Plus access to the central elevator that serves only the first four floors! (This elevator is very close to our unit and the one we use most often). There are 6 other elevators available on the property.

This unit was perfect for our family of 4 plus Grandma and Pops! It was very clean and well maintained. The pools were large enough to accommodate the number of units in this complex, although once they finish building the 3rd structure across the street I'm not sure how the pools will handle the additional crowd. The beaches were very crowded, but we did go during the busy fall break timeframe. The crowds did not prevent anyone from enjoying the ocean though. Seating in the living room of the condo was a little tight, as there is only enough space for 5 (3 on the couch and then the 2 arm chairs), but we made it work with the kitchen table chairs. Overall, wonderful stay and we will definitely consider staying in this unit for the future! The close proximity to Pier Park is a HUGE perk!
Beautifully decorated. Condo is high enough to see out but low enough you can take stairs or central elevator. Condo has everything you need for ur stay
I loved the place, the location, and the owners are great people!!! Not only are you close to the beach you are close to all the restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend staying there!!

Had a great time. Condo plenty big enough for 6 adults and 3 yr old. 4th floor is a great location. Not up too high and if the elevators were busy, we took the stairs. We have stayed at the Calypso before and were up on the higher floors. Waiting on the elevators was sometimes not very good. I can see us staying here again.
