It is an easy walk for most people. Located on PCB's family oriented west end, the Tidewater Resort is arguably PCB's most luxurious condo resort. It is a true resort with it's own movie theatre (showing free popular movies on Wednesday and Saturday nights in season), a HUGE oceanfront exercise/fitness area (that includes treadmills, exercise machines, free weights, Roman spa and even women's and men's separate sauna and steam rooms), Starbucks and ice cream shop on site, inside oceanside cafe, east poolside Tiki Bar that serves food in addition to beverages, two large outdoor swimming pools, and one indoor pool.
Our unit, located on the 13th floor, is one of the highly sought after east end corner units with virtually all glass breathtaking views of the living area. In shopping for a condo, we literally searched all over Florida and Alabama. This unit has the most incredible views of any we have seen. TWO MASTER SUITES, each with ocean views and king-sized beds. The other bedroom has a queen-sized bed. And there is a bunk area nestled in its own private area just off the queen sized bedroom's bathroom. The bunk has two twin bunks, plus another trundle bed pullout. Also in the unit are two queen sofa sleepers in the living room. So there is plenty of room for everyone! Cable and FREE WIFI are included.

Guest(s) can cancel their reservation at any time without penalty 60 days or further out from the check in date. If Guest(s) cancel between 31 and 60 days from the check in date, ½ of the rent will still be due. If Guest(s) cancel any time 30 days or less from the check in date, then the full rent will still be due. Lessors will use reasonable efforts to try to rent it to someone else and credit whatever rent they get to what would be owed by the Guest(s). If Lessors can get it rented for the full rental amount, Guest(s) would owe Lessors nothing however the full security deposit would be forfeited. |

The owners made everything extremely easy and was available for any questions we had promptly. That was really nice. We had a small issue with something that didn't get cleaned and he was sending someone out immediately. He really cared and wanted our vacation to be worry free. The balcony was was nice in having a view from east to west or straight ahead of the ocean. We were appreciative for the high chair and playpen for my grand baby, that was one less thing to pack. The furniture was comfortable and to set in the living room and look out the ocean was something I never got tired of. The bedrooms were roomy and condo felt comfortable for all of us . We enjoyed not having to leave the building and walking down either from our room or the beach and getting coffee , ice cream and other neat things from the store. The owners also had lots of floats, boggie boards, couple of extra chairs and umbrellas which makes it nice not to have to bring.. plus the 2 chairs and umbrella he had resevered and paid for us. . It was decorated and was just like the pitchers show , that was important to me. I was thankful for the Keurig coffee machine too. I will say you need to bring extra towels and washcloths. Overall stay was relaxing and enjoyable.
My family was in town for a softball tournament. I brought the grandparents and everyone loved this unit. It was clean, the views were beautiful, and the owner was extremely nice. It is exactly as pictured. I appreciated having more than 1 king bed, so we didn't have to fight over it. The location is fantastic, I walked to Pier Park for some exercise. When you wake up and walk out to see the breathtaking views, you will never want to leave. I could sit on that balcony forever!
Condo is beautiful. Kitchen is not very well equipped but sold to a new owner after we had already rented so I am sure he will make the necessary additions. He contacted me after the sale and even contacted me while I was there to ask questions. There was a lot of beach equipment in the condo which was very nice to have. We had a toddler and there was even a high chair and pack n play there. The view from this condo is amazing. We had a great time.
This was our second year to stay at this beautiful condo. It could not be more perfect. Try finding another 3 bedroom/3 bath condo with comfortable seating in the living room for 6 adults. And then enough seats for six on the wrap around balcony where we shared the fantastic view, both during the day and at night. There are bunk beds in the hall and the sofas fold out, but we didn't need that. Each bathroom has one roll of toilet paper and there is one garbage bag, so I would suggest to get extra when shopping. Bring a little dishwasher soap, too. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils. You will LOVE it!
Came in town for my daughter's softball tournament. Rented the unit based on the owner's great customer service, location, and fantastic looking views of the ocean. Boy, was I amazed by the views. We didn't check in until late at night, but when I woke up and stepped foot into the living room, I was shocked. It was BEAUTIFUL! Everything was as expected and pictured. The unit was clean and the owner was extremely nice. The beds were comfortable and I liked how the unit had 2 King beds. I could sit on that balcony all day!
