Cool turquoise and lime green accent the south pacific-flavored decor inside your fully furnished, air-conditioned accommodations. The patio bar and stools on your private terrace beckon you to relax with that cocktail and absorb the breathtaking views of Mount San Jacinto rising above the courtyard palms. Guests with laptop computers and tablets will enjoy free high-speed wireless internet access!
 
The immense pool and 12-person spa are surrounded by an expansive deck, on which chaises lounges await you for quiet, tranquil basking in the sun and cooling off in the water. Adjacent to the pool area are a built-in gas grilling area, laundry room, workout room with cardio-equipment and weights, and separate men and women’s saunas.
 
The bedroom features ample closet space and a king-size bed. A queen-size convertible sofa is in the living room.

Stroll two blocks south and you’re at the front door of the sparkling new Palm Springs Spa Casino! Two blocks further east of the Spa Casino situates you at the Palm Springs Convention Center.
 
Coachella Music Festival is just a 1/2 hour drive east! The aerial tram to the top of Mount San Jacinto, the Agua Caliente Casino, hiking and rock climbing in Joshua Tree National Park, and world class golf courses are just minutes away by car.

Payment in full required at least 30 days prior to check-in.Deposit and any rent paid will be refunded in full for cancellations made in writing or via e-mail more than 60 days prior to arrival date. For cancellations less than 60 days but more than 30 days before arrival date, one-half (½) the deposit will be refunded. For cancellations less than 30 days but more than 14 days before arrival date, rent will be refunded less the security/reservation deposit. For cancellations less than 14 days but more than 7 days before arrival date, deposit and one-half (½) of rent, tax, fees paid will be forfeited. For cancellations less than 7 days before arrival date, all funds will be forfeited.
