Description

Waitangi River Lodge is a luxurious holiday home set on the rivers edge minutes from Paihia in the Bay of Islands, New Zealand. It is a great alternative to hotels or motels, apartments or flats, providing travellers with an option that will ensure a perfect vacation or holiday. You will find everything you need in this large self catering holiday home, from SkyTV to games, from microwave to kayaks. With 6 bedrooms for up to 12 guests, it is an ideal holiday home for extended families or for two families holidaying together. It is available on a weekly or a daily basis, at a price you will be pleasantly surprised with. You can fly into the Bay of Islands Airport (Air New Zealand provides about four flights in and out a day) and we can organise a rental car for you during your stay. If you wish to travel by car, Waitangi River Lodge is about three hours north of Auckland. So if you are considering hotel or motel accommodation, think about taking a self catering vacation or holiday home.

To gain entry to the lodge, you must announce your arrival at the gate through the closed circuit TV allowing you to screen visitors. Large decks look out onto the beautiful Waitangi River just a few feet away, where you can sit and watch the pukekos and ducks, or the children enjoying themselves in the kayaks. Fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, and all necessities. Dishwasher powder, detergents and cleaners etc. supplied. Separate laundry. 6 bedrooms, (2 with en-suites), 2 x Queen beds, 3 x twin beds, 1 x double bed. All linen supplied. 3 full bathrooms, all with showers and toilets, one with bath as well, another with a spa bath, plus extra toilet. The lodge is fully equipped and all linen is supplied, but we ask that you bring your own beach towels. This holiday home is serviced if requested. Couples and family groups only. We prefer no more than 12 people to stay overnight on the property at any one time. In consideration to future guests, no smoking, tents or campers please.
