Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is furnished with a king bed in the master bedroom, 2 full beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen bed in the 3rd bedroom providing comfortable beds for up to 9 so nobody needs to sleep on the couch. An optional twin bed may be available to put in the Queen room with minimum 7 day prior request. (See photos). A pack-n-play baby pen/bed is in the coat closet.
Sleep comfortably with central air-conditioning/heating of the whole house. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
Huge 65" Large flat screen HD TV in the living room. 48" TV in the master bedroom and 32" wall mounted TVs in the other two bedrooms. DIRECTV Genie DVRs in all bedrooms. There is a DVD/ Blue Ray player in the living room and master bedroom. You will find a large assortment of DVD movies for adults and the kids.
The extra large sectional couch is designed to seat everyone so you can have quality time together regardless if watching TV or just visiting with each other.
We have installed the equipment necessary to provide the highest high speed internet available. Wi-Fi included at no extra cost. We have more than enough band width for multiple devices to be on the internet at the same time without buffering.
The dining room table easily seats 8 with a built-in lazy Susan to help pass things around. The large round table is perfect for visiting as all can see everyone at the table. If needed, a high chair is in the coat closet. You can also seat up to 10 people on the back porch patio tables. Enjoy the view of Vermilion Cliffs National Monument in the distance.
The kitchen is fully equipped, convenient and ready for you to prepare home cooked meals. You will find all sizes of pots and pans, plates, bowls, cups, tumblers, two slow cookers, a pressure cooker, rice cooker, double waffle maker, bread maker, electric griddle, deep fryer, kitchen-aid mixer and hand mixer, food processor, wine bottle opener, measuring cups, strainer, assorted utensils, knives, paper towels and much more. On the back porch there is a propane grill.
To save you time, you are welcome to use our extra large front loading washer and dryer. We provide laundry detergent and fabric softener sheets.
Our home is the perfect size for family visits. It is small enough that families aren't split up into separate areas yet large enough that those who need some alone time can find their area of solace.
Near the end of a cul-de-sac, we are in a quiet neighborhood. Safeway, Super Wal-Mart and other shopping choices are close by.
We are located less than 10 miles from Horseshoe Bend, Upper and Lower Antelope Canyons, Lake Powell's Wahweap Marina and Antelope Point Marina, Lake Powell National Golf course, the Glen Canyon Dam Visitors Center, John Wesley Powell Museum, and other recreational opportunities. From here you can visit Grand Canyon North Rim, Grand Canyon South Rim, Bryce Canyon National Park, Zion National Park, Monument Valley, Vermilion Cliffs National Monument, Grand Staircase National Monument or "The Wave" and return to the home the same day. Many sightseeing tours are available via boat, 4 wheel, airplane and helicopter to help you experience the beauty and awesomeness of the surrounding country.

You will find the home comfortable for your family vacation as you spend quality time together.
This is a wonderful home. Our group of 8 was very comfortable staying here. It was very close to Lake Powell. The owners were very helpful with recommendations for the area. They also checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable. The house was very clean as well. The backyard is great for hanging out! I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Perfect location if you are visiting Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon. Excellent place to stay, we really loved it. Plenty of room, very clean, stocked kitchen with appliances I don’t even have in my own house. Craig and Sheila Sanderson thought about everything you will need but most importantly, the little things that you will forget to bring with you (like coffee, sugar, creamer, etc) it makes a difference. We loved our stay. Thank you Craig and Sheila. Highly recommend this place.

A lovely, spacious, well decorated house in Page which is close to Walmart & located in a quiet residential area. After 5 weeks on the road and staying in VRBO houses along the way, we found this house was the most well organised & well equipped out of everywhere we stayed. In particular, the kitchen had absolutely everything needed, including lots of trays for baking in the oven, casserole dishes, rice cooker, slow cooker, plenty of pots and pans and every utensil you would ever need. The attention to detail paid by the owners was great. The BBQ was clean and ready to use, there was an abundance of cling film, alfoil, serviettes and plenty of dishwashing liquid and washing detergent in the laundry. The pantry was so well organised with every condiment that you are ever going to need - very impressive. A great comfortable & very clean house and we would highly recommend it if you are needing somewhere to stay in the Page area.
