This gorgeous 2,651 Sq. Foot vacation home comes completely furnished and has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master suite is furnished with a king size bed and the bathroom includes a glass shower and a seperate oversized tub, this suite also has access to the main deck; One of the guest rooms is furnished with a queen size bed and has a private balcony overlooking Lake Powell; The last guest room is furnished with a queen size bed. There are 2 queen size sofa sleepers as well that will accomodate additional guests.

Cancellation Policy: $100 processing fee if cancelled at any time
Cancellation Policy: 100% refunded if cancelled 30 days prior to Check in Date minus processing fee. If reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival deposit will be forfeited
