There are three different water environments: The Atlantic Ocean (accessible through Tilloo Cut) for fishing and boating. Sea of Abaco (surrounding Lubbers Quarters Cay) for kayaking, boating and fishing. The Shallows close to Abaco Island (three miles from Cliff House). Kayaking, bone fishing, Blue Holes.
