Owner Manager - When you book your reservation I will arrange with our on-site people to meet and greet you and too assit you when you arrive. They will also give you keys and receive them at checkout on our behalf. Our onsite people speak mainly Spanish but we can and do assist by phone and Blackberry Messaging our assistants and you as well.
