. Located at 4874 Cayview Ave, Orlando, Fl. 32819. You will be 15 minutes from Disney World®, 3 miles from Universal Studios®, and 1 mile from SeaWorld®, within walking distance to the Orange County Convention Center, and the dining and entertainment offered on the famous International Drive.
The building was spotless, garbage pick up was everyday, except Tuesdays. Although we didn't bring our pooches, I did see a few people walking their dogs. They had doggie bags available and garbages for poo pick up. The grounds are very well maintained. Our condo was gorgeous, would love to live there year round! I would recommend having auto shut off coffee makers though. :) Our condo also had free wifi and long distance to Canada and US. Satellite, flatscreen tv's in every bedroom. The pool was clean and not freezing cold....chairs were in great shape and plenty of them. We were close to all the theme parks and a grocery store and strip mall was across the street. We were given magnetic cards to access the pool area (through the main lobby) but never needed them. Nobody ever bothered us while we were at the pool, looking for our cards either. I dont think that I would have liked that. All in all a fantastic place for our family (two teenage boys) to stay for a week. Highly recommend it!!!!!!!!!
