The space
Newly Built and Furnished in 2016 with Many Extras. Get your spot reserved today as 2018 Season is already filling up fast. Each of the 3 King Bedrooms and the Loft has a large Flat Screen TV and DVD or Blue Ray Player. Netflix and Vudu Streaming services are also available for use with access to thousands of Movies. Full Fridge and stocked kitchen, Washer/Dryer and Dishwasher in Unit, 5 HDTV's (average 38") in unit with Blue Ray Players and Internet Capabilities on all, Propane Grill, Fire Pit, Board Games, Outdoor Games, all for your use with the cabin.
There are 3 Bedrooms with King Beds, a loft acting as a 4th bedroom with 2 Double Beds. We have 2 rollaway beds single sized as well as an air mattress that is Queen Size. That allows sleeping in beds for up to 14. We allow up to and stock supplies for up to 16 guests with no extra charge.

Bridges Bay is easily the most popular resort in the Okoboji Lakes Region. Included is the use to several outdoor pools, one very close to the cabin, another outdoor pool with swim up bar, Lazy River and Large Indoor Water Park; Fun for All Ages Infant to Adult, Huge Hot Tub on Site, 3 On Site Bars and Restaurants and also a Snack Counter; Lakeside Bracco Beach Themed Café, Blue Water Pizza Company, and Waters Edge Grill Fine Dining, Mini Store for Guests, Work Out Room, Arcade, Playground, Covered Patio with Gas Grills, Dock Access, Stocked Fishing Pond for Guests Only, and much, much more. 6 Daily Water Park Passes are included for free. Extra passes are available for only $12 per pass for the entire length of you stay. The normal cost is $20 per day. That saves $128 per pass per week over a non-guest if you need more than the 6 included. The water-park is a great place to get away rather the weather is good or bad outside. The resort changes to off season hours after Labor Day and back to Summer Hours on Memorial Day. Please check with Boji Splash Waterpark for hours and exact pricing as they are subject to change.
This Resort is also with-in 1-2 miles of the area’s most popular Golf, Night Life, Boating, Shopping, and Dining. Take the Boat Taxi to Barefoot Bar or Walk to Many Other Popular Dining and Lounges Like The Ritz, Beer Can Alley, Table 316, Dry Dock, Smiles with Miles, Captain’s Getaway, The Gardens and High Point at the Emporium, Nautical, Murphy’s, Wine Bar and Art Gallery are all with-in a mile or so from the resort.

Other things to note
Peak Season Memorial Day through Labor Day, there is a 3 night minimum rental period. We may make some exceptions to that during the week depending on dates. Message me your request. No checking in or out on Saturday's sorry. Please check with Boji Splash Waterpark for hours of operation to be sure it will work for your stay if that is important to you. Passes are included but the Waterpark is managed separately by the resort.

The house was perfect for a family thanksgiving and anniversary celebration! The beds are amazing with quality linens and the house has a very well equipped kitchen. The water park, indoor and outdoor provided games and the arcade table kept 15 of us aged 64 down to 3 years well entertained .
Well worth the trip. It was beautiful!! Very clean and extremely comfortable
This is a great rental! We were a little confused when it wasn't on the pond, but it was actually better for us. We had room to unload the boat. Also, because it was on the end of the property we could legally shoot fireworks off by the road! The area is easy to navigate and we utilized all of the amenities. The kids and adults had fun everywhere we went. The cabin had everything we needed and more! I am kind of an over planner and was surprised I didn't need as much as I packed. ???? The owners are so nice and helpful! We had some misfortune and they let us do a late checkout. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay or nicer people to rent from for our first time in Okoboji. We will be back...time permitting

If you are looking for somewhere to say.....this is definitely the place you want to be! Mike and Sundae are incredibly amazing to work with. Beautiful inside! We had two Moms and 13 girls and everyone had a place to sleep and hold all the stuff that 13 girls bring on a trip :) Two tables on the outside and a grill use. You are close to restaurants, bars and beaches. You need to say here!!!
