There is a tower sitting area that is great for enjoying a cocktail while watching the sunset or reading a good book. The house has 5 bedrooms (3 master), 4 bathrooms, a second living room area with futon, a private in-ground pool, hot tub, and outdoor shower. Two large decks allow you kick back and enjoy the sun, while staying close to home. The house has its own volleyball court and basketball hoop in front for all you sports enthusiasts. A community tennis court is also one block away. The backyard has a bbq, picnic table, swing-set and slide, plus plenty of sand and toys for the kids to play around. Our property manager is also located close-by in order to quickly help you if any issues arise. Stayed here for 4 nights in early September. House is great and the owner was great to work with. Communication was easy. Place was clean and perfect for the medium sized group that we had. Will definitely look into staying here again on our next visit.
We thought this was a great house with lots of amenities and really close to the beach. Our family loved the layout of the house, the pool, hot tub, basketball and volleyball courts! We had a wonderful vacation here!
We loved our stay. We had four adults and 5 children and had more room than we actually needed so it was great not to be on top of one another. My only note which wasn't a big deal is the hot tub could use some cleaning and work but we never even called about it so no fault to the owner or management. Pool was so nice to have and only a short walk to the beach which by the way has a lifeguard right there. I have never been to the outer bank where I had a lifeguard where we were and must say that we had an incident and were very thankful to have him available for us. I go to the outer banks all the time and will definitely book this house again!

This house is perfect! The house is very nice and well taken care of. The pool and hot tub are great and well maintained. Plenty of seating around the pool for our party and no issues with the temp of the hot tub. The number of beds and bedrooms is great and the bedrooms themselves are nice and there are plenty of bathrooms for the house. We've stayed there twice with a group of friends and plan to keep coming back! The big dining room table is awesome and we also enjoyed sitting at the outdoor table on the top deck. It's also a short walk to the beach, which is super convenient. The best part of the house is the privacy! You can't see it from the road (which can make it a bit hard to find the first time. Just keep going!) and you can't see any other houses. It makes it feel really nice and private like your own little space. Especially when you're walking past the houses on the way to the beach and you can everything happening in the house and backyard. It's so nice not to have to worry about people staring at you while they walk by. The house is also very close to a huge, nice Harris Teeter, ice cream shop, and super wings (beach store) which is very convenient if you need to run out and pick something up. You could easily walk there if you needed/wanted to. We are looking foward to continuing our tradition of Memorial Day at this house!
