Description

Located in downtown Northport, this two-story house is just 2 blocks from a public beach and 2 blocks from a public marina with boat ramp. The view below is from the house towards Grand Traverse Bay. Yup, that's water that the road dead-ends into.

Bed and Bath With 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, this house is great for family gatherings. The downstairs bedroom has a luxurious new queen bed (installed May 2007). Upstairs, the front bedroom also has a new queen-sized bed (installed May 2006). Another upstairs bedroom has a new (May 2006) double bed and a futon. The third upstairs bedroom has two new (May 2007) extra long twin beds. For true family reunions, there is even a queen-sized (yes!  queen-sized!) futon in a back room that can be closed off from the kitchen.

A newly remodeled upstairs bathroom has a shower/bathtub enclosure with 2 sinks and ample storage for towels.  The downstairs bathroom links the kitchen and downstairs bedroom and also has a shower/bathtub enclosure with 1 sink.

Clean linens are included for your convience (please bring your own beach towels).
