The Ocean and Beach access is a 5 minute walk just over a little private bridge. The home comes with a private dock and boat slip(s) that can accommodate up to a 24' boat. (Proof of insurance is required). The public Boat Ramp is less than a mile away, so launch your boat for free and dock it for the entire week. Please call owner to discuss your boating requirements.Â

The first floor features a queen bedroom with water views, TV and shares a bathroom with the Bunk bedroom. The bedroom with the two twin beds has a door to the hall bath. There is also a queen sleeper bedroom/den with a TV on this level.

The second floor flows with its open living/dining area, and has a 46' Flat Screen TV. Hang out with everyone even while in the kitchen, which has all the creature comforts! The water views from this area are spectacular! You will be able to enjoy amazing sunsets over the bay! Master bedroom is on this same level complete with king bed, 42' Flat Screen TV, and a private master bath with jetted tub and huge walk in glass block shower.

Stow away in the third floor loft that has queen sleeper sofa, desk and wet bar. Finally reach new heights in the fourth floor lookout tower room complete with balcony and awesome views!

A huge private outdoor shower to rinse, and a gas grill at ground level make for easy grilling. The home has a large driveway and grass area for kids to play. The street is a culdesac perfect for bike riding or strolling.Â

North Shore Country Club is 2 miles away and is open to the golfing community.Â
This home is seldom rented and we are only rent +/-4 weeks per season to parties of 10 or less to cover expenses. Linen package is included.

My family and I stayed at this home for the s one time. We had a wonderful time both at the beach which is a quick 5 min walk across the street and enjoying the dock. We brought our kayaks and had the perfect place to launch. My son caught two citation fish from Alligator Bay. The house is a great size with plenty of room for everyone and is neat and clean. We highly recommend this rental.
What an amazing vacation spot! The house is spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained, and Rob couldn't have been more helpful with any questions we had. The private dock was perfect for fishing and the beach is just a short walk away. The kids had a blast playing in the waves and walking to buy slushies everyday. This was the best family vacation we've had in a long time!
House has the best views on the sound! Very clean, plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The owner is great and was very helpful preparing for our stay. We would definitely recommend this to friends.
We have been traveling to the north carolina for vacation for 20 years, have stayed in many different homes and this home was the best! Not a long walk to the beach, private area, beautiful views, and something for everyone. The owner was absolutely wonderful to deal with! We are hoping to return next year!
Beautiful sound front home in a quiet cove with a superb 180 degree view of the sound and intercoastal waterway. Wraparound deck and widows watch provide great voews of ocean and sound. Home is very well equiped with very clean, comfortable, nice size bedrooms. master has a large bath with large shower and bath tub. A short 4 to 5 minute walk to the beach. Good fishing for flounder and reds in the bay and intercostal. Crab can be caught off the pier. Good for kayaking off the pier in the quiet cove. Kayaks can be delivered by shop in Surf City. Robert, the owner, is quick to respond by email or phone if necessary. He was intent on ensuring we had an enjoyable time - very helpful with recommendations for the area. Hope to be there again next year.
