The villa fully renovated inside and outside sits in a unique private? spot directly on the Bay. Ten Bay stunning beach is? located in central Eleuthera on the Caribbean side of the island close to Palmetto Point.
The beach seems protected from rough waves and it is well known for the calm water great for children. The water is blue with a clean sandy bottom and it is shallow for a long ways out. It is great for swimming, kayaking and snorkelling? especially good at either end of the bay where it is rocky. All of this surrounded? by a particular soft pink sand typical of Eleuthera. The beach is always very quiet, you may be meeting a few people who are renting one of the homes in the area.
The two-story? villa can accommodate up to 7 guests. The second floor has an? open fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwashing machine, pots etc.), living room, one full bathroom with shower, and one master bedroom with a?? king size? bed.
The second floor also benefits of a large deck/balcony with breathtaking view of the bay.
The first floor has the same size deck/balcony with a nice shade. The first floor has one additional master bedroom with a king size and a third bedroom with a twin bunk bed. A full large bathroom with shower? is also located on the first? floor as well as an additional? living area with sofas, one of them is a full sofa bed. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer.
The house offers all the amenities? required to experience? a real perfect Home Away from your home. With a large selection of movies and a ?full entertainment? center you will enjoy every evening at the house. We have a satellite TV, DVD player, Stereo and WIFI internet.
A Tiki Hut umbrella? patio is located on the deck adjacent to the small private property beach for unforgettable moments touched by the breeze,? a second umbrella is on the cliff overhang the water with an amazing view.

Please turn lights off when not in use or you leave the house. The house is on a rainwater cistern, please be conservative the water usage. At the end of your stay, the house will be inventoried and any or all missing items will be paid for. |
