This beautiful two bedrooms house is very well furnished and would be ideal to accommodate up to six adults. The Master bedroom has one king size bed and newly refurbished bathroom with walk-in shower, two shower heads. The Front bedroom has two beds, and the access on a big balcony facing the Mont boron in the center, the Saint jean cap ferrat bay on the left, and the Nice bay on your right.

Our house is close to all major attractions being only fifteen minutes from the local restaurants, entertainment, shops and supermarkets. The bus n°80 can help you to go to the beach on in restaurants.

The bus stop is 30 metres from the house.

The house vacation rental rates 1300€ per week on low season, 1500€ on high season (July, Agoust).

30 % for reservation

70 % on balance 1 month prior to your arrival or by paypal, or by cerdit card.

A 700 euros deposit will be asked on your arrival at the apartment.
