The first level offers 2 bedrooms one with a king bed and comfortable sitting area and a private entrance and exit. The second bedroom has a twin over full bed for children. There is shared FULL hallway bath with a tub to ensure a place to bathe little ones. There is also a queen size pop up bed that can easily fit in the large bedroom.
The main living floor offers nonstop views of the ocean, a gourmet kitchen with Viking professional double oven, DSC gas cooktop, large professional refrigerator and freezer, ice maker, wine chiller, two stainless steel sinks ( one farm and one prep both with quiet disposals), an ultra-quiet dishwasher, granite counter tops, high quality cookware, SHARP knives, with bar and dining room seating for 12, everything needed for a large family holiday dinner. The family room offers seating for 10 featuring 2 power recliners, Stressless brand furnishings and a 75 inch HD Smart TV, plus a commercial grade ultra-comfortable pull out sofa. There is a computer desk with printer and large screen for those that cannot leave their work behind. The main floor also features a full bath with a walk-in glass shower.
The third level offers two suites the master that features a king adjustable Comfort Aire bed, a seating area with two swivel chairs that face a 65-inch flat screen smart HD TV with unobstructed views of the ocean and access to the upper level deck. In the master bath, you can step into a very large walk in Thermasol steam shower with 8 body jets, two shower heads, a rain shower head, aromatherapy steam shower that will stream music.
The second suite offers a very comfortable king size bed with unobstructed views of the ocean and access to the upper level deck and 55 inch flat screen HD smart TV. The private bath is modern and spacious with a walk in glass shower and double sink vanity.
Curl up in one the large chairs on the covered deck or enjoy a cocktail under the tiki. This amazing house has a dual gas/charcoal grill and plenty of space for enjoying family and friends.
