Welcome to this gorgeous New Braunfels Getaway in the heart of downtown New Braunfels! The upper level is a three bedroom and two bathroom with a living area and full kitchen. Two bedrooms each have a double, the third bedroom is larger with two queen beds. The middle level is a charming sunroom overlooking the immaculate backyard. The sunroom is spacious and has two red chairs that turn into twins. Off the sunroom, there is a sunken bedroom two daybeds with trundles to sleep 4. Off the middle level, there is another multi purpose room with a set of bunk beds. A door connects to the lovely downstairs level that opens onto an open tiled sunroom. Rose Cottage is an adorable one bedroom that can sleep four next door and can be rented with Bougan-Villa. The location is ideal for tubing the Comal River which is within walking distance of the Tube Chute and the Comal River. No permit parking needed! Bougan Villa caters to family gatherings and corporate retreats. We have an absolutely zero tolerance for large parties and boisterous behavior. No more than 8 cars at a time, no foul language, no music or noise after ten p.m. There is a $50 charge per person or vehicle per night for guests who exceed our limits. The deposit will not be refunded if we have complaints from our neighbors or the police are called. We value our relationship with our neighbors and our goal is to peacefully coexist with them. |
