A luxurious townhouse, nestled in the quite area of Coral Harbour, situated in the new gated community of “Via Della Rosa”. 'The gated Paradise'. What you do here definitely stays here.
 
The property is manned by 24 hour security with, a basketball court and a community park with kids friendly play area. A tennis court is located just three minutes down the road from the community and guests have full access to this court. Three (3) minutes from the property is the Coral Harbour Beach.
 
This island style Townhouse surrounded by two beautiful lakes, has 2 large bedrooms, fully furnished with complete bedroom sets, a full and a half (1 1/2) bathroom. 
 
There is a large open concept living, dining and full kitchen. Kitchen is well equipped with Granite counter tops and island, seating for up to three, stainless steel refrigerator stove and microwave. Front load washer and dryer are also included.
 
A cozy wooden deck outfits the back of the townhouse.
The area is 7 mins way from the Lynden Pindling International Airport (LPIA).
Towels bed linens, kitchen utensils and dinnerware are also available. 
Free and secure parking is a staple of this property.
Also included is the Free 24 hrs. high speed  WIFI connection throughout the dwelling. 
Owners located in adjacent Townhouse to attend to any and all needs of guests.

Policy

Cancellations made fifteen (15) days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 10% charge.
Cancellations made three (3) to fourteen (14) days prior to the date of arrival will incur a two (2) night charge.
Cancellations made less than two (2) days prior to the arrival date will incur a 100% charge.
If the room you are booking is labeled as non refundable, non cancellable or similar, all cancellations will incur a 100% charge, regardless of the date in which the cancellation is requested.
Our business is your pleasure. The single aim is that you have an exceptional stay at Your Preferred Taste of Paradise and enjoy Coral Harbour Nassau Bahamas to its full potential. We kindly ask that you be respectful of your neighbors and treat this apartment like you would your home. We have provided an informational binder with places of interest, dining and activity recommendations, laminated cards with house rules, instructions on how to use your apartment. ? By confirming you reservation with us, you are agreeing to comply with all of the rules, additional fees and possible additional charges listed below: Mandatory fees NOT included in the invoice cost are: * Damage Deposit $500 (Credit Card Authorisation) returned after check out and, in the event of no damages. (See below) 1. Check-in time is any time after 4 pm. Check-out time is any time before 10 am. If you check-out later than 10 am, you will be charged $75 for every additional hour, as you are delaying the cleaning team from preparing the apartment for the next guest. 2. All bookings require a security deposit of $500. You will not be charged for this in advance. Deposit are authorized at the time of arrival on the credit card of the guest 3. No overnight guests are allowed. The number of guests at the time of booking should not be exceeded. You will be subject to a $75 per extra person/per night fee. 4. Absolutely no pets are allowed inside the building. No Exception: 5. Smoking and vaping are prohibited in the apartments and anywhere inside the property, including stairwells. You will be subject to a $500 fee if a violation occurs. 6. Please do not make excessive noise or any kind of disruption. This implies that parties and events are prohibited. 7. Do not engage in any illegal activity on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity. 8. If we suspect any suspicious activity, we reserve the right to take action accordingly. 9. Please treat the apartment like you would your home. Do not mistreat furniture or leave the apartment in an excessively messy state. If the apartment is left extremely untidy, you will be charged $75 for each extra hour of cleaning that is required. Our cleaners are contracted on an hourly basis 10. Any damage or vandalisation to the property in general (artwork throughout, decorations, the physical property, appliances, etc.) will be subject to a fee. 11. We do understand that accidents happen, if you break or damage something in the apartment please notify us immediately. If it is an easy fix, you may be entitled to a refund of your security deposit. However, if damage is irreversible, you may be subject to a fee and/or arrangement for its replacement/repair. Security deposit may be charged in full if required. 12. We ask that you make use of the living room area/dining area for any eating/drinking and avoid the bedroom(s). Coasters are provided to prevent furniture damages. Please use them. 13. Please do not lower the air conditioning below 70 degrees. By doing this, you will minimize the chance of anything going wrong with the A/C unit. Ac units need to be off when not in use and/or the building is not occupied. 14. Please use the towels as they are intended to. Failure to comply will result in restitution costs. 15. Please do not alter the door lock code. If it is discoverable that it has been tampered with and need to be replace or repair, the cost will be deducted from your damage deposit. 16. We kindly ask that you do not tamper with the wireless routers and thus, the Wi-Fi settings in your apartment. Any cost associated with repairing/replacing or technician service beyond the incidental, will be charged to guest 17. Your Preferred Taste of Paradise is not liable for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, damages, or stolen/lost items that occur on the property. You must also acknowledge Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500 ABSOLUTELY: *NO PETS!!!!! *NO SMOKING!!!!! *NO PARTIES!!!!!!! Switch lights and other electrical operated device off when not in use.

I'm a people person. I really enjoy meeting and working with a lot of different people. I'm efficient, highly organized, a perfectionists and a creative thinker. I enjoy solving problems. I have been living in Coral Harbor, Nassau Bahamas for the past Two (2) years. Originally from Tourist central Jamaica, I have been living in the Bahamas for Ten (10) years. Exposure to tourism and tourists, both in Jamaica and here in The Bahamas, have equipped me to treat my guests like royalties. The way I would love to be treated. I am married with child. My wife and I live and work within 14 minutes of our rental property. We take pride in our property and are responsive to any of our guests needs. Since we are local, we deal with our guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. We are always listening to our guests requests and do able abide by their legal desire. In the odd case that we are not here when you check in, be assure that we will make your stay worry free. We would love to host you, your family, your friends. I like travelling, can't wait to visit Brazil, Europe and the far east. I have enjoyed stays in a few Caribbean Island, I have managed to island hop a little bit here in The beautiful Bahamas. I have been to the most prominent tourism hot spots in Jamaica. I am calm, very serene with flavours of spontaneity. I am a gadget freak, my wife... not so much. I love and admire beauty in the world; in places; in people in and around me. The location and the beauty of this Townhouse is astonishing. To be able to come home from a bustling day of work and escape in the confine of a gated, secure community where the sound of the birds and other animals are very much audible. From the high ceiling, sound and hurricane proof windows, the hidden garbage bin, the deck and elegant driveway and walkway to the gourmet kitchen, equipped with Shak Cinnamon cabinets, Magic Glass Cafe back splash, Granite counter Tops and stainless steel kitchen appliances. This place is fit to be termed 'Paradise'. Who said you can't have your cake and eat it? Private Car available for renting.

Only in country for a few hours, but was relieved that the usual 30+min drive to hotels was cut down to 7min! A tidy place and good night’s rest.

Divers paradise

Located a short drive to stuart coves, this is the perfect condo for scuba divers. This condo has everything we needed. Steve & Yolanda were very hospitable. Highly recommend.

Yolanda Jones was a great hostess. We were left alone and felt if we needed anything, she (and Steve) were readily available. Also, they had coverage to get and drop off keys without any wait. Enjoy your stay with them in Nassau!

The Real Nassau

What a wonderful location to spend a relaxing holiday. The home was very inviting and clean, the managers where helpful and attentive. We enjoyed being away from the tourist area and liked walking to Coral Harbor beach. We did not rent a vehicle for this stay instead used Taxi's and the local buses to get around. We got to see the real Bahamas and met some wonderful people. The House had some great features, two phones one for local one for international calling, TV's in every room (if you need to fall asleep to them) and wireless internet to keep in touch with people back home. Thank you Steve and Yolanda for making us feel at home.
