The developer of the estate occupies the third floor which has its own private entrances and courtyard.

The location, amenities and staff was UNDESCRIBABLE! This was our first time staying in a private house rental. The house was spotless, and the staff was responsive to our needs. They made us feel like VIPs. We definitely will be back.
We could not have booked a better location for our teams first international retreat. Traveling with a group of 17 women from the U.S. this house provided every amenity we needed. We are so glad we opted for "local living" instead of the resort option. Each room was laid out well. With their own bathroom. The kitchen was open and we could easily do trainings and dine together in that area. Having Dannon the driver available to take us places and coordinate all our separate arrival and departure times as priceless. He drove some over to Love beach for the day. While others took the local bus to downtown. $1.25 each way was a bargain for the bus. As the taxi option is a bit pricey being $25 minimum rides. We could snorkel right off the beach but saw better sea life from Love Beach. Even though the beaches are public you would've thought we had a private one. We arrived on a Sunday and there were some people on it. But the rest of the week we had it completely to ourselves. The sand was powder white. Gorgeous views from the pool and many of the rooms. There was no noise from the street. I can't say enough about the property especially for larger groups. For meals we arranged two dinners with Darrio where his crew came and cooked for us. It was great to not have to worry about meal plans and the food was tremendous. And included a ton!! Do bring bug spray as the bugs out at night were pesky even when swimming in the pool late. Groceries are about triple what we pay in the US. so I would recommend traveling with your own frozen meats for sure in a carry on. We learned that after we got there from a few frequent travelers. Being business owners we loved the great wifi access that reached all the way to the pool. All in all it was an amazing trip we hosted for our team and everyone thouroughly enjoyed the property!! Great, spacious getaway! Joyanne, the property manager, is extremely helpful as well and goes out of her way to help accommodations.
We rented this property for three weeks - eleven other family members (our adult children and grandchildren (ages 1.5, 3.5, two 8-yr. olds, 10 and 13)) joined us for varying periods - to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The experience surpassed our expectations! Firstly, we can't say enough about the rental team: the property manager Joyanne was most gracious and friendly. When the glass coffee pot broke and the electric can opener gave up, Joyanne purchased replacements the same day. Dario, the activities and excursions manager, always responded promptly to any requests we had, like arranging for a private chef one night for a special anniversary dinner on the patio for our entire clan. Dannon became essentially our "private" driver. He handled all the airport pick-ups and drop-offs, as well as several trips to downtown Nassau for family members with young children, plus some grocery and liquor store runs. He also took us on a half-day drive-tour around the whole island of New Providence, including a lunch stop at a Fish Fry restaurant as well as an introduction to "Sky Juice" (delicious!). The house more than accommodated our needs. It was very spacious and clean, with a very workable kitchen with good appliances and selection of cookware and supplies. No need to bring beach towels! The generous supply of bath and beach towels was picked up most every day and returned laundered the next day by Benny (who also managed the pool maintenance and daily trash pick-up). The house also had a crib, pac-n-play and high chair. Internet connection was just fine. To rent a car or not? It turned out that the cost of renting a car would have been almost 3 times what it cost us to hire Dannon for many trips. We also made use of and enjoyed the local bus service, which runs right by the house. We used it quite a few times - to go to Cable Beach area, local dining spots (we liked the Poop Deck and Blue Sail) and the supermarket near Sandyport (SuperValue). The most special aspect of this rental is its LOCATION! Right on a beautiful soft-sand, almost private beach (we didn't mind the 2 neighbor dogs at all: if you don't feed them they will be content just to chill out with you). The pool was a terrific complement to the ocean and we all enjoyed both almost constantly, even at night. A very spacious patio area added a lot to our enjoyment.
Airport to house ... NO PROBLEM thank you Dannon. 2 different flights, 12 people, 22 bags (OMG !) teenage girls, got us to house fine and took us to Lunch ( Nesbitt's) Thank You and was available all week for rides. Dario ... Awesome helpful !!! enjoyed BBQ with him and his lovely family on the patio by pool that night we arrived. I recommend this highly, we didn't have to shop til next day and it was FUN. Didn't think this body could dance so much! Dario was very helpful getting us "TO SWIM WITH THE PIGS" he even was present the whole time with our kids. DARIO is great and helpful with other local events we wanted to do also. THE HOUSE ... the view " MILLION DOLLAR" and the house was more then comfortable for the 12 of us. Plenty of showers too !! again teenagers. The location was great to watch the cruise ships come in and out of port from the pool or patio. Unbelievable sunsets from patio. Located on main road made it EASY to go anywhere on the bus, and grocery's and ADULT BEVERAGE shop (Flying Dutchmen) next to each other less then 3 miles away. The beverage shop severs in the store so you can try before you buy. We had a small plumbing problem while there and it was fixed next day. The house is loaded with towels and linen and are washed everyday if you leave them out to be picked up. Yes, the house has someone come by every morning to take care of anything like that and clean up patio. This was a real plus!!
