A beautiful home on the Seabreeze Canal, in the eastern area of Nassau in the Bahamas. Guests can fish, swim and enjoy endless boating that is available for renting at all times. The area is quiet. One can just hang all day and live like a native. Of course, there are many activities that guests can take advantage of. Culture tours, night out on the town. If you feel lucky go to the casino and win lots of money and much more. We recommend that guest rent a car during their stay.

We have a space designed for our guest, dining, relaxing and just a quiet place. We at times allow guest to use our kitchen, however only upon request.
Microwave, coffee maker and a refrigerator is provided for their use in their special area

Great location and very friendly! A bit far away from the center but therefore better to relax and to feel like home.
I just love it here!!! This is my third time staying here and like every other time is was wonderful . It's super clean very cozy , quiet , peaceful and right on the canal so you can sit by the water and relax. Godfrey is just one step away if you need him . You won't regret your stay here. I wish I could give more than five stars. Mr. Godfrey and his wife made my trip to Nassau the best. They made me traditional Bahamian breakfast and offered ride to the bus stop and supermarket. The house is located right next to the Canal which is beautiful to view or take a swim. Godfrey and his wife will make your stay as comfortable as possible. The room is awesome and the price is very good...very cheap for the type of area and amenities provided. You will not be disappointed if you book with this place. I stayed for 7days and it was my best experience ever. Thank you to Godfrey and wife. I will definitely be staying there again and I will forever recommend your home.
