The resort style property, The Savoy, is located in the Parkshore Neighborhood with private access to the beach, only steps away. There are only a few public access locations on the entire stretch of this section of the beach, which makes for a very private and quiet area to enjoy a day at the beach. It has a large heated pool and hot tub facing the Gulf of Mexico and provides amazing sunsets for your viewing pleasure. A private paved walkway runs in front of the condo with a 2+ miles span passing by with several park areas. The property has two tennis courts, bocce ball court and shuffle board, along with a variety of activities. There is also a fully equipped recently updated fitness center, a library and a social room with full kitchen, as well as an outdoor dining area with outdoor kitchen and barbeques. The area has much to offer, including The Naples Zoo and the Botanical Gardens. Both the Venetian Village and Park Shore Marina are located right across the street from The Savoy. The Marina provides one of the finest selections of high quality cruising and fishing rental boats in the Naples area, with kayak rentals also available. The Venetian Village offers a variety of restaurants that overlook the bay and a variety of shops. Downtown Naples, only a short drive away, offers many more restaurants and shops, with art galleries and live entertainment.
