Room rates do not include the Maine State Lodging tax of 8% or any gratuities. There is a one night or 1/2 of your stay deposit required on all rooms at the time of your reservation. The deposit is applied to the last night (or nights) of your stay and you are responsible for the beginning portion. We do not accept cancellations on a portion of your stay. we do require a month's notice for cancellations even in the off season. There is a $25.00 charge per room per cancellation. |
