Description

Welcome to Ocean Blue, the nicest ocean front Condo available anywhere in Myrtle Beach.  This 5 bedroom 4 bath luxury condo is one of only 36 luxury units in the Resort and is located on South Ocean Blvd.  This complex is a unique, upscale oceanfront resort that maintains a very private and exclusive feel but is close to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer.
 
The 2800 square foot residence features all of the luxuries you could possibly expect.  The kitchen opens to the spacious dining room and great room, all with amazing views of the Grand Strand Beach and Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is equipped with a double oven, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, stove top, built-in microwave and all the necessities for cooking up anything.   The condo also features a separate media room where you can enjoy a movie or a game without disrupting the activities in the main living area.
 
Our unit is all on one level (2nd floor corner) and provides easy access for all age groups.  We have not had any problems accommodating wheelchair guests.  The common bathroom has a 3-inch step-in shower stall.  Attached covered parking, private indoor and outdoor pools, and a jacuzzi tub in one of the 4 bathrooms are just some of the amenities you will find.
 
Our Condo is perfect for large or small family groups and Golfers. We have five (5) dedicated bedrooms.  The main master king bed is a "swing king" which means it can be  converted into 2 twins. There is a charge for this to be done.
 
Calling all snowbirds, golfers, or retirees!  We welcome guests to check out oceanfront living in the winter months for great rates.  Winter rates are available anytime from December through March.  Please call us for more information and updated rates.
 
Relax on the rocking chairs on the ocean front balcony and listen to the gentle Atlantic waves. Play on the beach, enjoy the outdoor Hot tub, or mellow in your private Jacuzzi Tub . Take a swim in the heated indoor pool or lazy river. Sun bathe by the outdoor pool or take a long stroll down the beach.  Inside, simply watch a movie on the large screen TV (one of 6 flat panels TV's) in the Media Room.
 
Our condo rents for $1400-$5000 per week, depending on the season. If you break that down into the number of people we can host (up to 14 MAX), it's very reasonable.  It's especially great for larger groups, or groups who need many separate sleeping rooms.  Your are NOT going to find this set up in an hotel chain.
 
Make no mistake...this is a HIGH END unit designed to accommodate people who want the very best for their special gatherings.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
We do not charge extra for pool or ocean use.
You will receive ONE bath towel, ONE hand towel and ONE washcloth for EACH guest (no exceptions).
MAXIMUM number of guests: 14 
We have new Washer/Dryer (2018)- We stress you please use HE (high efficiency) laundry detergents (not provided my owners).  
Two parking spots are also included with no extra charge.  Any other vehicles ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.  Cars will get towed at guest expense without parking pass inside vehicle!
The parking garage is very tight! The absolute highest clearance is 7ft! 
ABSOLUTELY NO TRAILERS or Motorcycles are allowed in  the parking garage. 
All bed linens & towels are included.
Top Bunk Beds are not made-up (clean bedding will be provided). 
Valid Driver's License from 2 responsible adults required.

About the Owner

About Franca My name is Franca and my husband's name is Carl. We live in upstate New York with our three active kids. Like most families, we are very busy year round, therefore, when we have time, we love to spend it together as a family, especially vacationing. There is something so calming about the seashore and the southern coast. I know when we travel to our condo, my husband and I feel like weight has been lifted and it is a slice of heaven to sit and watch the ocean and it's surroundings. We wish we never had to leave! I'm a personal trainer and manage a small company and my husband is a CPA and we also invest in real estate on the side. I handle the majority of the management of our rental properties. During one of our trips to Myrtle Beach, we found 'Ocean Blue'. We immediately feel in love with it. We knew it was going to be the best rental villa ever. This condo is in the perfect location off the main strip, but directly on the Ocean. We enjoyed this property, the ocean, the pools, and lazy river. Owners are great to work with, the unit has everything we needed. The only thing that was a slight downfall it would be parking, the garage is very tight. You get two spots which is nice but it is tight parking.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation. There was plenty of room for all 13 of us. Was great for a large three generation family. The condo was clean,comfortable and a great location. Easy access to everything. We loved the pools, hot tub and easy access to the beach. Franca was very helpful as well. We highly recommend it to everyone.

The condo was awesome! It was so nice to step out on the balcony with our cup of coffee in the mornings. The weather was a bit cool but otherwise perfect. Franca was so easy to work with. She answered our questions very quickly. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a well equipped, well maintained and clean place to stay.
