Here we strive to satisfy all of your Cyclades Vacation dreams. The quiet, private enclosed porch is a perfect place to relax with your morning coffee or wind down after a fun filled day at the beach. Villa Konstantin is a perfect vacation rental for you and your family.

The bedroom contains four queen-size beds and five queen-size sleeper sofas are in a comfortable corner of the living room. A spiral staircase leads upward to an open loft where the master suite, with a queen-size bed, full bath and plenty of closet space, overlooks the enormity of this huge space!

The tastefully decorated living area is dominated by the gorgeous floor-to-ceiling glass block wall, a recessed TV, breakfast bar and dining table rounds out the view from above.

The fully equipped kitchen is simply one-of-a-kind. Marble counters accompany every tool necessary for the practicing gourmet to create major works of art on a daily basis! And don't worry, the backyard chef won’t feel left out because a full-size outdoor gas grill and all the necessary utensils are included.

There is a large sparkling pool and Jacuzzi, a separate kiddies’ pool with fountains and Jacuzzi, sun deck, tropical gardens, tike bar, and cafe and fitness center.

Bookings are available for both weekly and monthly basis.

You will fall in love with our small neighborhood piece of paradise and will want to re-book and return as soon as possible.

Policy

Minimum stay: mid and high season is a two day minimum stay

Deposit amount required: 50% deposit on total required on booking. Preferably bank transfer.

Cancellations: any changes or cancellations made at least 21 days before arrival will incurr no cancellation charge. Less than 21 days before we charge 50% cancellation on total. In cases of no show we reserve the right to charge the full amount.
