Sea View Heights Villa Montego Bay, is a lovely private home surrounded by real authentic Jamaican homes, and luscious countryside. The villa is tastefully decorated in colorful recreational fabrics, satellite TV, VCR, Stereo and comfortable furniture inside and out. 
 
The spacious bedrooms are similarly furnished, and all the bedrooms are Air- Conditioned and have private bathrooms.  Each room has balconies and varandahs with view of the Jamaican countryside and the beautiful Caribbean Sea. Each bedroom is configured differently with either king-size or twin beds.
 
Each guest has access to a lovely granite kitchen; with new state of art equipment.
 
The living was decorated with you in mind. Housing beautiful and relaxing seating arrangements, big screen TV and plants to remind of the peace and tranquility around you.

I, went to Haddo Primary and then to Knockalva Secondary School in the above parish. I migrated to the Cayman Island in 1985 and presently resides there. I, own and operate a company Junior the Plumber Plumbing & Construction Company . I booked this place last minute so I guest the host was not really prepared. I only had a short stay because I work and only had the weekend. The grounds man was really helpful & I do believe watever time you call the host they’ll answer lol .. I was a bit skeptical when we weren’t given a key to open the gates but it worked out really well we were never outside waiting for someone to open. I didn’t like the fact that the host accepted the request without mentioning certain conditions. & even though it was a same day booking the place could be more prepared. I enjoyed myself here but I would not go back

Stayed here for 2 days for a bachelor & bachelorette party -- It was awesome. Besides aesthetically (the view from the deck is beautiful), Polly (the host) was very hospitable. Before booking, I asked for bottles of water and snacks, and she stocked up the kitchen perfectly. Calvin, her assistant, was always ready to make sure my friends' and the house's needs were met. There even is a driver! Clenton will take you wherever you want to go -- as well as recommend the best local food places nearby (try the food hut on your way up the mountain if you want some bomb jerk chicken!). The whole experience was way more than I could have asked for -- you really feel like family in that house!

The stay for me and my guest was absolutely phenomenal. This was the best travel birthday experience in Montego Bay. There was 12 of us staying here and we all had a wonderful time. The villa is beyond beautiful and perfect location. The experience was first class and the view was breath taking. The host, Polly, was so hospitable, thoughtful, and made sure everything was perfect during our stay; as well as the security/assistant. They allowed us to truly enjoy our time at the house while in Jamaica. The wifi worked very well inside and outside of the house. The A/C inside of this villa was amazing.I would definitely stay here on my next visit and recommend Sea View Heights Villa to all that visit Montego Bay. Thank you guys again !

Views were beautiful from the balcony and pool area. The house is huge and very nice. The host, Poly, was very sweet and accommodating. Location is not by the airport or beach as shown on the location. Neighborhood is very sketchy but the house is enclosed with a wall and gated. A/C is ok and gets down to about 70 degrees. We were told a driver would pick us up from the airport, which he did. He also brought us back the next day and did drive us down the mountain one time to the nearest beach restaurant. Upon dropping us off, he informed me I owed him $120. I paid him $100 begrudgingly and had to walk off as he was extremely upset afterwards. Maybe a good home if you have a large group as it has around 20 bedrooms and transportation could be split.

Booked this villa on behalf of my friend and this is what she had to say... I had such a great experience staying at Polly's place at Sea View Villa. The place was very relaxing and breathtaking at the top of Montego Bay. The villa is located at the very most top of a hill so I highly recommend renting a car as getting anywhere will be difficult unless you want to pay a lot for a taxi. You can catch a taxi a little bit down the hill. Staying with Polly was like being at home. She always checked on me and made sure I had everything I needed. The hospitality was very welcoming and I felt very safe being there alone. The villa is split up into separate bedrooms, but I rarely ever saw any other guests. Pack up on food before you go that way you have things to eat since grocery stores are not conveniently located up there. The villa was clean, comfortable, and accommodating to everything I needed. I highly recommend staying here if you have a large group and want a getaway from the crowds. It is also great for solo travelers who just need a break as well. You will feel most at peace staying here and will have the opportunity to see some incredible views. Thanks Polly and Billy for taking care of me! RM

This villa is a beautiful and inexpensive place to stay in Jamaica. The view is priceless. The rooms are spacious. The service is great, especially from Patrick. I loved the pool and the fact when you get out of the pool a beautiful view is awaiting your eyes when you wipe them.
