This is a one bedroom one bathroom single family home on an acre of land located 300 feet up on a hill. There are no other apartments attached, so you don’t have to worry about sharing any space with people you don’t know. There are floor to ceiling windows throughout the entire front of the house, so no matter where you are, you can enjoy the views. There is a king size bed in the bedroom and a new futon in the living room so 4 can be accommodated comfortably. You will have a fully equipped kitchen along with new appliances, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker and ice maker. A telephone is provided for local calls only. To keep you up to date with the world, Dish Network can be viewed on the new flat screen TV. The bathroom has been newly remodeled with all new towels and linens. For your convenience there is inside and outside dining along with a charcoal grill. There are beach mats, towels and a cooler provided for all of your beach going needs. When you get back, please use the outside shower to rinse off sand before you come in. Everything you need. peace, serenity and a Rum and Coke that will be waiting for you when you walk in! |
