We are a family of five with three active boys (ages 5, 7 and 9.) For our first visit to Toronto we wanted something reasonable: in value, in distance from the city, in amenities close-by and in room to stretch out on-site. This property not only met those needs, but far-exceeded expectations. Eddy is on top of it in terms of ensuring guest satisfaction - we didn't need anything which wasn't already provided. The unit is very tastefully done, with lots of light and premium touches you don't always see - the washroom comes to mind! The pool was a nice place to unwind at the end of long days; reserved parking is ALWAYS a plus; comfortable bed, vigilant security staff - it isn't hard to find things to praise! Given the opportunity, we would definitely stay again.
Couldn't be more convenient. Close to all kinds of amenities and excellent shopping mall (Square One). Lots of light from big windows. Safe building with underground parking. Pool and hot tub are quiet. The unit is kept very clean. Kitchen is stocked with every tool you'll need. Although the owner was overseas during our stay, there was no trouble reaching him when we needed to. I'd definitely stay here again!
A true 'home away from home' experience at this property. Excellent location which seemed to be only a few minutes from just about everything you could need. Eddy, the owner, was very attentive and reassuring before, during and after the rental dates. The condo and grounds were very clean and lacked nothing I needed during my entire week stay. Other tenants were kind and quiet, and the front desk security staff were helpful. I hope to stay at this property again upon my return visits to the area.
