Seasons on the Lake with Two Bedroom, One and Half Bath.

Our newest addition is a great alternative to our larger properties.. or, if you have a group staying across the lake from Swan Lake Lodge...you may want to book the cottage for mom and dad so they can have some piece and quiet away for the gang. Just the right place for you to come and unwind relax and get away from it all. The cottage has all the comforts of home... and more than you expect!

As with all of our homes, you will find tasteful decor and quality furnishings.

The vacation rental cottage has two bedrooms. The master has a queen size bed, and full en-suite, complete with a claw foot tub / shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, with easy access to half bathroom.

New maple kitchen with all stainless appliances including dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer, microwave and stove. There is a large island for food preparation and a separate dining room...(which is also a great place to play cards or board games). We have extreme high-speed internet / cable TV.... so bring your lap top and stay connected!

French doors open to the large deck and views of the lake....the perfect place to BBQ, relax or have a nap under the shade of our huge tree.

The vacation rental cottage is best suited for couples...or a pair of fishing enthusiasts coming to tackle the mighty Fraser! If you do require a larger venue... please click on our "Swan Lake" home.

Mission is well known for Salmon and Sturgeon fishing. After catching "The Big One" try the lighter side with fishing on the lake. The lake has car, sunfish, and perch. It is a great place to practice your skills. Please visit sharphooks.com and click on the Hatzic Lake link. Fishing and golf trips can be arranged for your convenience.

The Sandpiper golf course is a short drive away as well as the Mission Race Track for those who like the excitement of drag, bike and old-timer's races. Xaytem Longhouse interpretive centre and the Mission Abby are just minutes for our home.

Situated on quiet street on Hatzic Lake in Historically rich Mission B.C., we are a short 1/2 hour drive from Sumas border and just over an hour from Vancouver. It is located close to the West Coast Express, which runs weekdays for convenient access to downtown Vancouver.

This is a bird watcher's paradise, with an abundance of eagles, hawks, herons and ducks. Swans and geese make a regular return each season. Be sure to bring your binoculars!

Policy

Reservation deposit requested is 50%

Damage deposit is also requested 25%

Check in time is 3:00 PM and Check out is 10:00 AM

Special arrangements for late arrivals

Discount available for seven days or more in off season

Guests are welcome to smoke outside of the house (we have covered areas and ashtrays are provided)

Children over thirteen are welcome

Mature pets may be considered.
