Amazing ocean/beach front, 2 story townhouse with a huge terrace that leads directly to the famous Miami Beach Ocean only 40 feet away. A very bright and modern apartment furnished with all the amenities you left behind, full modern kitchen with all the utensils needed. Eat inside or enjoy a BBQ on the ocean front terrace and have a fantastic dinner under the stars. 2 large flat screen TV's with blue ray DVD, washer/dryer, sofa converts into queen bed. Second bedroom with a twin bed located downstairs together with the second bathroom. Fabulous lighting in all apartment. All linens and towels are at your disposal.
The club has a formal restaurant that opens for breakfast, lunch, dinner and after hours drinks with live music, is located in the lobby. At the lower lobby you'll find a small convenient store and the famous Russian Baths and Sauna, which offers 7 different types of saunas, and multiple massage styles. Few steps away is a large swimming pool and a gracious Tiki bar where you can enjoy fresh cocktails and light snacks.

My family had the pleasure of staying here for a week in late August 2014. My wife, and 3 children (ages 6, 4, 2) all had the most wonderful experience. Michael, the owner is extremely kind, and provided us with an exceptional stay from the day we checked in to the day we checked out. The condo is spacious, clean, stocked with every amenity you will ever need (from pots and pans to satellite tv and wifi) and decorated in a charming way. The pictures do not do it justice – and don’t be fooled by the exterior or negative reviews of the apartments in the adjacent building. The master bedroom views are breath taking, and there is plenty of room for a large family to have personal space. The beach here is also incredible. I have been coming to Miami my entire life, and did not know there was such a thing as a townhouse on the sand. This is it. There is a huge patio with a table a grill that sits right on the beach. Because this is further north than Ocean Drive, the beach is also narrower, providing a short 30 second walk to the water. Michael also provides chairs, umbrellas and sand toys for the kids! There is not a lot in walking distance, but you will also have access to the huge pool next door and tiki bar / restaurant. These was also great, as when the kids tired of the beach, we would go swimming in the pool and have dinner at the tiki bar. Not only do we plan to return to this location, we will never look anywhere else! Best family vacation ever.
If you want a place close to the beach, you can't get any closer! The patio is about 15 steps to the beach. The building is a little outdated, but this unit itself has been kept up well and the owner is super helpful. We'll definitely come back next time in Miami. The bathrooms were clean and the unit is very well equipped: fully equipped kitchen, large TVs, charcoal grill, patio table and umbrella, and plenty of beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.). You won't have to bring anything. The big master suite is on the top floor (where you enter), and the 2nd bedroom, 2nd full bathroom, kitchen, and living room are on the first floor with the patio. Note that there is no window or closet in the smaller 2nd bedroom, but it was great for the kids on vacation. The unit is also close to the front door and valet, which was convenient. The beach in this neighborhood is also great--it's clean and not too crowded.
