This is a newly remodeled unit. The first floor is complete with a full bathroom and shower, A fully equipped kitchen with cherry wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances, a Dining room and Living room with leather sofa bed which is full size and and a Bedroom with full size set and twin trundle. The second floor in it's entirety is a master suite with a king size bedroom set, reading area with sofa and chairs and bathroom with a jaccuzi. The unit also has a balcony with very large windows 15 feet high and 30 feet wide which overlook the ocean ,intercoastals, bay and Collins Avenue which is a breathtaking view. It also has televisions in the living room and both bedrooms. High speed internet is also available and free valet parking for one car as well. there is a laundry room on every floor of the buliding.

Had a great time staying here... amazing views of both the sea and the inlets Room was big and spaciuous . Mr Katz was very easy to communicate too and very helpful with any concerns that we had
Property was very nice just needs a bit of touch up but most of the stay was amazing . Nice view from the balcony a.
Definitely one to go back too
Mr. Katz is a real gentleman and I had a great stay. The pool is salt water and heated and I was able to do my laps as the pool is seventy five feet long. I would stay their again !! Bob Burnett
We stayed in the condo for 4 nights in June while attending a family wedding. It was a great location - within walking distance to the venue. It was even walking distance to a Publix so we could stock the refrigerator. The curved balcony was spacious and was a great place to end the day. The condo was clean and very roomy. The owner was very accommodating and responsive. Building security was good and the check in and out was a breeze.
