LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this condo. As soon as you walk through the doors, you're greeted with beautiful views of the water; not only from the living room area, but also from the bedroom. The condo was very clean and well appointed. The daily spa pass was a very generous plus which I enjoyed daily. I'm look forward to returning soon.
This is a gorgeous condo with spectacular views of both the ocean and the bay. If I had four thumbs I would give it four thumbs up. No complaints at all and the owner is always responsive to any concerns and accommodating. For the ideal vacation in Miami Beach this is the place!!

My family recently stayed 4 nights in this great apt. The owner was very responsive and nice during the booking and we had a great time. My kids had a great time using all the warm pools and listening to the music. This was our 3rd year in a row coming to this hotel. The Kids club also is a lovely program, especially on rainy days!
Great property I agree with some of the other reviews the pictures just don't do it justice. Alot bigger than you think as well as gorgeous views of the ocean, main pool, and bay area. The owner pool on 7th floor was great very nice and a lot more quiet compared to main pool. The spa passes you don't want to miss out on and it is great the owner provided them complimentary with the rental! I feel like Tatiana Just thought of everything! !! Quick responses and answered all my questions. Great hastle free vacation. I look forward to going back and have found a new vacation spot we can truly enjoy that literally has everything!!!!!!!
We have stayed during Memorial Day WE with our 2 boys and the suite was in excellent condition with beautiful views on the ocean and intercoastal. The Fontainebleau resort is very convenient with great pools, gym and restaurants for the entire family. Tatiana is very responsive, great to work with and helpful. Will definitely go back.
We travelled in a group of 8 and stayed in two of Tatiana's suites and it was an amazing first trip to Miami! The rooms were spacious, clean, had incredible views (the pictures don't do justice) and fit us comfortably. Tatiana is nice to work with, responsive and available for any questions/concerns. I will definitely go back and stay here.
We just got back from a wonderful stay at Tatiana's suite at the Fountainbleau. Tatiana was wonderful, the place was terrific. Views are gorgeous. We just loved it - my kids (ages 5, 8 and 10) can't wait to go back!
We stayed here in February with our two young children (4 and 2). Tatiana was wonderful -- totally responsive and great to work with. The room is FABULOUS! The views are to die for, the room is clean and well-maintained and quite large. With two young kids (including one with lots of food allergies), the kitchen was a life-saver. We cooked almost all our meals there. (Suggestion: if you're going to be cooking a lot, you may want to throw in a few kitchen essentials into your bag, like a good paring knife, etc.). The resort is amazing. The kids pool is so wonderful. Beach service was awesome. And I loved how many other pools we had to choose from. It's hard to find a resort in South Beach with so much space! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Tatiana!!
We came for five days in December with our two kids, aged 3 and 6 months. Tatiana helped us secure a crib, and my son was thrilled with the large pull-out couch. The resort is beautiful and, even though it's very trendy, it's also definitely kid-friendly. Everything went smoothly, from the moment we stepped inside! The room was beautiful and perfect size to have 2 kids in the living room. The view is gorgeous (and, if you're a parent of young kids, note that the balcony door was extremely heavy and there was no way my kids could get out without an adult present). I have been renting from the owner now each year for 2 years and we look forward to it every November! It's an incredible value, the services of the hotel are excellent, the condo is immaculate and very comfortable, the high floor keeps us insulated from the noise of activities around the pool, the balconies both in the living area and the bedroom give us an amazing view...the ocean waves and the palm trees swaying in the breeze will lull you to sleep at night.. The spa passes are not to be missed and the valet parking in the owners lot is a huge plus. Highly recommend!
I was blown away by this gorgeous suite! It was huge as if living in an apartment. The apartment is fully furnished. The corner unit provides breathtaking ocean views and property views. Having the two bathrooms and two balconies was outstanding! We loved that utensils were provided in the full sized kitchen also. Everything was clean and the Fontainebleau staff was very friendly. Whats best and most important is the owners efficiency, honesty and quickness to answer calls, emails or text. No shady avoidance. Excellent communication on her part!! I would most definitely rent from her again:)
I stayed here for a week in April and did not want to leave. This resort is top notch 5 stars and the room was incredible. We had great ocean views from every room and the condo was very clean and comfortable. Renting from the owner was a pleasure and I plan on doing so again in the very near future. I can't say enough about this place!
