A pleasure-oasis developed on 800 sq.ft where up to 4 people can leave their daily routine behind. After a day with countless impressions of the beach, ocean and city you can relax in the large living room on the 3-1 couch group reading or watching a good movie (cable-TV and DVD-Video collection at hand) or share your experiences via internet with friends. If you like to cook it will be easy in the full kitchen. Starting with a 4 element stove via microwave, backingoven, toasteroven, blender, dishwasher and coffeemaker all is available to serve a magical breakfast, lunch or dinner in the dinning area or terrace. Bathe or shower in the morning in the 'Art Deco' style bathroom even when traveling with 4 people. By means of an extendable separate shower-head in the bathtub with glass doors you will be ready double as fast 'to go'. Lockouts are history, my door lock with number codes ends all worries for your family.

I Live in Palm Beach and my jobs keeps me in front of a computer and TV screen. Thats why I enjoy the south beach apt. because working hard while watching the beach, ocean and pool yields a little pleasure. I golf, water ski, boat race and play polo.
I was in this apartment for one month ...Israele very nice....clean apartment and ideal location,stunning views!!!the apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures.the place and the building Is amazing!i will definitely stay here again!verymuch on the beach and shopping and dining area on lincoln road.the building also has itis pool and good gym.andy was fantastic and gave me local event invitations that no tourist gets.he also communicated eveything very well .thanks!!!
