Description

The house for rent is 300 years old and is situated in the historic Castello above Menaggio, on Lake Como just across Bellagio and Varenna.  It is a short five minute walk down to the center of Menaggio.  The house has two floors.  On the first floor is the kitchen, dining area and the living room with a walkout terrace and fireplace.  The second floor has a master bedroom, a second bedroom and a bathroom with bath/shower, wc and bidet.

Spring-Summer (early & late): May, June & September (plus Christmas, New Year and Easter Holidays): 100 Euros/day or 600 Euros per week. 
Summer (peak): July & August: 110 Euros/day or 680 Euros per week.
