Visit the 'El Yunque National Rainforest' 15 minutes drive/ Catamaran trips around adjacent islands like Vieques and Culebras/ Snorkel around unseen reefs and swim with colorful fishes. You can also visit the southern part of the island on day tours to visit museums, our Arecibo Observatory or visit Old San Juan Colonial City just 45 minutes away.
Golf Courses Nearby: If you want to play 9 or 18 holes there are 4 spectacular golf courses nearby. These are Berwind Country Club and Bahia Golf Course @ St. Regis Resort- these 2 are 5 minutes away form the complex. There are also the Trump Golf Couse @ Coco Beach and Rio Mar Country Club @ the Wyndham Resort- these are 10-15 minutes away.

We loved the penthouse and the host Lissette and her daughter made it all the more special by being available during our entire stay. The house was larger than we expected and the views were amazing! We enjoyed the private beach and all the amenities the property had to offer. We will definitely be staying there on our next trip to Puerto Rico.
Anyone who has traveled in Puerto Rico knows that using a GPS is difficult because of the lack of physical addresses. The owners met us at a nearby Walmart and drove us to the property. They showed us around and chatted with us for a bit. I felt like I had known them by the time they left us to begin our vacation. There was a lot to do in the area. It just so happened that there was a week long festival in Loiza the week we were there so it was fun to take part in the festivities. Lots of food and entertainment the whole week. Checkout was easy and convenient. I can't say enough about how well we were treated. I would strongly recommend this property to anyone interested in renting it. My family and I will return next year if available.
3rd floor catches breezes.
We had some trouble finding the place, but luckily the owners met us near San Juan and we followed them right there. The place was awesome. Very clean and comfortable. The beach attached to the property is a hidden gem. I highly recommend it.
