Description

Use of the 2 outdoor swimming pools  open from April 15th to October 15th (one 15×7.50 m and one about 100 m2 wide, with a children area, water games, Jacuzzi and mushroom-waterfall). Equipped Nature Trail in the woods of the estate. Mountain Bikes. Playground. Bed & Bath linen + End of stay cleaning (the kitchen should be clean by the guest or 50.00 € will be charged on the bill). Well-equipped kitchens. Barbecue on demand. Pets are admitted on request, free of charge.

Policy

» Check-in / Chek-out: Our apartments may be occupied from 4 p.m. and must be vacated before 10.00 a.m. of your leaving day, clean and tidy. On the contrary, you will pay € 50.00 surcharge.

» Payment before Check-in: to delivery of the apartment.

» Guarantee : Two and Four-room Apartments: € 200.00 compulsory cash payment (no credit card). Cauzione di 100 € aggiuntiva, in presenza di animali, per eventuali danni ad arredo, mobilio, tessuti. Guarantee will be paid before check-in and entirely returned at the end of your stay, after checking our apartment equipment. Any damage will be deducted from your guarantee.
