Hemingway House of Marco Island, short term rental
From the moment you enter the home it feels like relaxation.
Enjoy the lovely view, have a nice drink on the upstairs balcony or take a swim in the pool.
The sunrise over the water is particularly captivating. That`s when you have a good chance to see the dolphins come by and greet you.
The house is so comfortable, bedrooms with a king size beds, closets, TVs, attached bathrooms, over sized balcony upstairs with a swing couch overseeing Bimini Bay.
Upstairs there is hardwood flooring and the downstairs has tile flooring.
Attractive ceiling fans as well as comfortable lighting.
Very comfortable relaxing atmosphere, Key West style home with wraparound porches and exquisite interior.
The house is in a quiet, residential neighborhood.It is not suitable for having loud parties on the premise, therefore people who want to enjoy a wonderful quiet vacation are welcome.

Hemingway House is well kept, roomy, homey and cozy. We were on Marco Island for a family wedding and we had plenty of room to entertain our relatives who were staying at other locations. We were 9 adults and a two year old and we could easily find a space to be alone if needed. We didn’t need to share bathrooms and there were plenty of towels and linens. Everything about the house was wonderful and I would definitely stay here again. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to book this home.
We had a large group (7 adults and 5 teenagers) and this home provided plenty of space for all of us and was well equipped. We brought our own boats and the proximity to Big Marco Pass was perfect. The pool and dock area were very nice and the view was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.
We were met by Marlene at arrival. She showed us around the house. It is beautiful. The house met our needs for a family wedding on the island. The extras,bikes and kayaks, were much enjoyed. The view from upstairs was much appreciated each morning. Thank you for opening up your house to us. We will be back...
I first cannot say enough good things about this property and the Manager, Marlene. She was on top of everything, very responsive, and truly cared about making our stay a fantastic one. We had extended family with us for this vacation. There were 5 couples and two kids and we never felt cramped. Every bedroom having their own bathroom was ideal. The bedrooms were set up where we all felt like we had great privacy. The pool and patio are amazing. We kayaked and my husband and sons had such fun fishing off the dock. We watched dolphins jump from the ocean while sitting at the pool having cocktails. How pretty and relaxing! The location of the house is close to Publix grocery store, the beach shops, Walgreens, and Starbucks. It was very handy to drive 3 minutes and have everything you need at your finger tips. The house was well stocked and had basically all necessities. The hair dryers, curling irons, and clothes iron ironing board, soap, shampoo are all nice touches in all of the bedrooms. The house is not overly large but very functional and well laid out. Very nice to entertain in due to the open floor plan. Each room has its on thermostat which is nice in a large group that you are able to get your room the temp that you prefer. The neighbors were all friendly as could be and many times offered to help if we needed anything. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Hemingway house. We would recommend it for sure and cannot wait to book a trip to go back soon. This may be on our yearly rotation now. Marlene was the perfect host. If I had to come up with something negative, it would be very hard. But one of the guest bedrooms was very bright in the morning but that even wasn’t so bad. My family is very particular and it exceeded are expectations. The place looks nicer in person than the pictures. It was a great vacation and hoping to make it back very soon! The Hemingway House was perfect for our large extended family. Each family had their own spacious room and bathroom. We loved the large living/kitchen area. It was perfect for cooking all while watching the kids swim. The large slider doors really allowed for that vacation feel. The location of the home was perfect for grocery trips, farmers market, restaurants, beach- everything felt just around the corner. We really enjoyed our week and would highly recommend!!
