Make Marco Island your annual winter get away!
Our house is your house when you "get away from it all" and stay in our spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath, Spanish style villa with 2000 square feet and a huge covered lanai outdoor area. When you are not at the beach you will definitely be lounging by the large inviting 85 degree heated pool sipping on a cool drink! The pool is perfectly placed with southern exposure for sunshine all day. If you haven't been to Marco before the beaches are amazing white sand beaches and we are just a short drive or bike ride (3 bikes provided) from the beach (2 miles). All of the beach essentials are provided. We have beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers for you to use.
Our home has seaside decor and a great split layout with a large master suite on one end and 2 bedrooms and second bath at the other end. The master suite has a comfortable king bed and the second and third bedrooms both have 2 twin beds that can be pushed together to make king beds. There is a fantastic indoor-outdoor living floor plan with large sliding glass doors that open the home to the screened lanai and pool in the master suite, dining room and family room. You will enjoy the open concept kitchen and family room for family time together. The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances, dish ware, glassware, cookware and utensils you will ever need. The kitchen pass through window makes outdoor dining a snap. Cook your family steaks or fresh grouper from the market on the grill. The couches in the living room and family room pull out to queen sizes beds for extra sleeping space. The pool is an extra large 36 feet by 14 feet and is heated to 85 degrees. Linens and towels are provided. Pets are welcome and there is a fenced yard for pets to play.
You will enjoy the home's convenient location. In addition to being a couple miles from the beach, the house is located in walking distance from the shops of Marco and excellent restaurants. Publix, Island liquors and Walgreens are just 3 blocks away. Marco island is an easy 45 minute drive from the Fort Meyers airport (RSW). When you are not enjoying relaxing by the pool you will find plenty to do nearby. Enjoy walking for miles and sea shelling on the islands breathtaking world class beaches. Head 2 miles east to Goodland Island where you will find marinas that rent all types of boats to explore the many picturesque islands and waterways. Check out Walker Coon Key marina where you can rent a pontoon and boat to your own personal beach for the day! On Goodland visit the Open air outdoor bars and grills. Explore the Everglades and Everglades City (30 minutes) which boasts air boat tours, canoeing and biking tours and alligator viewing at alligator alley. In Naples (25 minutes) you will find a spectacular botanical garden, fun zoo and great shopping. If you are looking for a great dinner check out Snook's Inn on Marco Island.

We live in Wisconsin and love the warm sunshine of Southern Florida and the beautiful sunsets. We love the Beautiful layout of the home that focuses on the gorgeous pool and Lanai. We looked at many properties in Marco Island, but this was the best property hands down. We Love it! We purchased it in 2014.
Thank you for being so honest with the special situation regarding my rental. Hurricane Irma changed all of our plans and you were most considerate with regards to informing me of the conditions. I received my mails and phone calls reporting the situation until finally you had to cancel because of some damages caused by Irma. I received a full refund promptly and had enough time to rent a house in another area. Thanks again chris for being so honest.
We loved our stay on Marco Island and at the property! Check in and check out was very easy and we had no problems at all. Would definitely love to stay here again!
This home was amazing. Other than a few touch ups in some areas, this house was great and relaxing. This pool was great and at the perfect temp. I will be back.
We have a multi-generation family of 8 and the place was perfect for our needs. Pool and surrounding patio is wonderful and relaxing. We also made a good use of a grill, as well as three bicycles and beach equipment. Bedding is comfortable and kitchen /dining area has everything you need to cook for the family. Location is very nice, pretty close to the grocery store, but you have to drive or cycle to the beaches. Overall, we are very satisfied and would rent it again.
This house was amazing. We had everything we can ask for. Management service was hands on best I have worked with so far. Very attentive and problem solving team. Few minor things we had at the location but they were there day and night to make our stay as perfect it can be. Our kids love the pool. We really didn't choose the perfect season to go Marco but stilll had great time. Highly recommended. I will be going to some where else this year for vacation but I will go back to that house and Marco soon
