Bald Eagle Estate is a beautiful model home, close to beach, the Marriott, and on the water for a short stay or extended family vacation. Our water view is spectacular, and with a boat dock and lift, you can bring your own boat as well. Shopping, and Restaurants are all within walking distance. The beach accesses and Marriott Oceanfront Resort are only 3-5 minutes drive away.

Our home is professionally furnished and decorated with brand new furniture and accessories - NEW upgraded Kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances with Granite Counter top and new 20x20 Travertine diagonally laid floor tile in Oct 2014. No need to bring linens or go to the laundromat. We have everything you will need just like home. There is even a restaurant across the street!! This home has a living room, a formal dining room, full gourmet kitchen, well-appointed breakfast area, a cozy family room, three lovely bedrooms, and two full baths, 5 TVs. We have HI SPEED INTERNET plus Cable Tv!!!

As soon as you arrive at the home, you will be welcomed with palm trees, rows of bushes, tropical plants, and a nice walkway to the front door. Upon entrance, the open foyer with vaulted ceiling invites you to rest on the new plush leather sofa, then to peer at the swimming pool overlooking the water view of the canal.

Ah!!! Your rested legs will encourage you to walk through the triple glass sliding door into the lanai where the large heated swimming pool, a vast open water view and a beautiful blue sky await you. You will feel away from it all! In two steps, you are by the pool with your family and friends. The pool is heated during the winter for your comfort. No elevators to hassle with, complete privacy, and no crowds at the pool!

My husband and I have rented this beautiful home each January for 11 years! NhuHa's home is lovely and extremely well equipped. NhuHa continues to make upgrades each year which further enhances the home's beauty and functionality. A particular highlight for us is the dock overlooking the wide waterway. At night we sit on the dock and view the stars. In the daytime we are able to see fish, manatees and dolphins in the water. The home's location is excellent for walking to stores, restaurants, the farmer's market, and especially Starbucks! NhuHa is an excellent owner. She communicates clearly and quickly. She wants us to have a wonderful experience in her home. Her Marco Island contact, Cheryl, is excellent as well. We highly recommend renting this home.
My husband and I, our two adult children and their two friends really enjoyed this lovely home!! It's so spacious, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We loved the back yard, so peaceful, and the pool and dock are amazing. We walked to many restaurants & shops in the area, and the farmers market was the best I've ever been too. We loved riding the bikes around the island and having everything we needed for days at the beach. Nhu Ha was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely be back!!
This is our 3rd stay in this beautiful property, it has everything you could want and much more. The house is lovely and clean, well equipped and spacious, the swimming pool is just lovely and my husband loved to fish off the dock, you can sit and watch the fish and we even saw a dolphin.Its just amazing. The location is great and we did a four mile walk most days, the bikes were great also, we love Marco Island and this house is just the icing on the cake. Looking forward to our next visit, would definitely recommend this house and Nhu Ha the owner is lovely.
Our family of four arriving from Sweden got the opportunity to rent this house for 8 days. We enjoyed our stay very much spending our time either at the pool, fishing from the bridge or visiting the surroundings areas such as Everglades or Fort Mayers. The whole area of Marco Island is very relaxing with friendly people, nice stoors and fantastic beaches nearby. This was our first stay but we will come back for sure. Thank you Nhu Ha for a fantastic stay and for your response during all planing before our arrival. By the way, one of our sons actually caught a fish at the bridge :) Enjoy your stay /Patrik with family
My daughter, granddaughter and I spent a week in the lovely and comfortable home. The house was equipped with everything you need from cooking to beach accessories.The pool was wonder with full sun from noon until sunset, we enjoyed eating most of our meals at the outside table which also has a ceiling fan above for extra airflow when it's very warm. We also loved the surround sound intercom from room to room which allows music through out the house and the outside pool area. We rented a child trailer and has it attached to one of the bikes from this rental and went in daily bike rides in the evening. Each morning we used the jogger stroller and walked the neighborhood. I have rented several other rentals and found the location of this rental to be ideal , easily access to everything walking, riding or driving. I was very surprised to find how quiet and tranquil it is being on a main traveled road, very limited noise heard. The owner was easy to communicate with and would definately rent this home again.

Thank you Nhu Ha for sharing your wonderful home. What we enjoyed most was the view of the waterway and the amount of light that comes through the glass at the back of the house. We saw a dolphin and the jumping fish in the channel. Several sunsets were beautiful. The Sunrise Easter Service on the beach behind the Madeira was magnificent and enjoyed by the 10,000 who attended. More than 50 boats anchored off the beach. Hundreds watched from the condominiums. Our grandchildren had fun in the pool and fishing from the dock. Sale e Pepe, Verdi Bistro, Snook Inn, and the Philly Grill were favorite eating places. Going early and parking in the Turtle Lot was a reasonable way to enjoy the beach. Another thing we enjoyed was the Wednesday morning Farmers' Market. The Maryland crab cakes are top notch as well as the crumb buns from the BAM German bakery. It's an easy walk to the market. The bakery at the Publix Super Market is excellent--a favorite was the coconut custard pie! All in all, it was a great place to vacation--it felt like home.
We have just spent a week with our sister, nephew and niece in this lovely home. It is very clean and has a very comfortable floor plan. We had beautiful weather so spent most of our time in the screened in lanai, often using the solar heated pool. We enjoyed grilling steaks and burgers, while watching a family of ducks, and other birds. One afternoon we watched some Dolphins. Each evening we could watch the sunset in this peaceful setting. The home has many amenities, more than you would expect in a rental home. There are restaurants, shopping areas, and grocery stores within a few blocks of the house. I hope we will be able to rent this home again in the future. We hated to leave.
