This house is perfect for those looking to explore Marco Island and all of her wonders without spending a fortune. Perched on a hillside in the quiet, safe, local neighborhood of Marco Island this apartment is stocked with all the amenities needed to enjoy your beach vacation.

Decorated with Florida flair, you will know you are in the isles as soon as you enter into the front door or sit on the entrance porch enjoying the view. The bedroom has a queen size bed with air-conditioning for your sleeping comfort, fresh linens, and ample closet space. There is also a futon mattress in the living room that can pull out into a full bed for your comfort, or for two additional guests.

The kitchen is fully geared up with all you need, in case you want to cook or grill at the house. The front lawn offers a table and some space for hanging out enjoying the view while the backyard offers shade, provided by a mango tree, an avocado tree, and some lime bushes, needed on a Florida day to relax in a hammock.

It is close to many island attractions, as well as shopping, supermarkets, restaurants, museums, a movie theater, and easily available to the island's primary highway.
