INQUIRE ABOUT OUR SPECIAL DEALS  IN AUGUST and SEPT - NOV 2018.  SPECIAL RATES FOR TWO WEEKS OR MORE!  Feel right at home in your very private tropical paradise.  No need to feel as if you are occupying a rental unit because our unit is furnished with style and reflects a "Beachy" flair.  With our 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, you will experience clean, top of the line furniture and decor!  Our newly renovated condo is located in the beautiful, meticulously landscaped South Seas Club, a 55 acre gated community, the only property on Marco Island that has both Gulf of Mexico beaches and boat docks on a large bay with access to the miles of canals throughout Marco Island.  From our 38 foot balcony, you will enjoy beautiful sunsets, views of the Gulf of Mexico and the tropical foliage of Tigertail Nature Park. This view is very private, no other condo towers to look at and no one looking at you.  Whether you are entertaining guests or relatives in the spacious, fully-equipped beachfront condo or relaxing on a romantic getaway, South Seas is a vacationer’s dream with a quiet tropical Island feeling and secured gated community, offering privacy at its best.
 
Our condo is appointed with new tropical/coastal furniture, mattresses and bedding's.  The unit offers two fully furnished bedrooms with a king size bed in the master, a flat screen TV, a DVD player, large walk-in closet and a spacious private bath, including a hairdryer.  The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a flat screen TV and DVD/VCR player.  The second bath is located directly across from the guest bedroom and close to the living room.  The living room boasts new furniture, featuring a leather sofa (w/pull out bed), loveseat and 42' flat screen TV & smart DVD player.  The kitchen has been renovated with light colored modern cabinetry, new appliances, flatware, dishes and cookware.  You'll enjoy the hot dog cooker & bun warmer stored in the cabinet.  In the kitchen, it is well equipped whether the cook prefers to entertain a large group or prepare a quick meal.  The kitchen also features new granite counter tops and tray ceiling with multiple lighting options.  We have even replaced the light switches throughout the unit!  No need to bring anything, we have pool and beach toys, a beach cart to carry the provided beach chairs, cooler, umbrella’s and towels to the wide white sand beach.  We even have an electric air pump to blow up the air mattresses and floats!  Wireless Internet in the unit!  We have recently added a 26' women's bike and a 24' boys bike & 2 helmets.

south Seas is the only complex on Marco that has access to the canals/Bays and the Gulf of Mexico beaches.

Plenty of water activities and tours for the whole family.

Marco Island is Paradise, warmest location on the Gulf side of Florida during the winter months

Marco Island is a very quiet and safe place, one of the few true tropical / Paradise location remaining in Florida.

We enjoy going to Florida in May and Sept, restaurants are not as busy. You will have the whole beach to yourselve.

south of Naples, take Collier Blvd from I-75 or US41, go over bridge, please watch your speed in Marco, the Police love to give tickets to tourists. Stay on Collier Blvd, go to Seaview turn right, go straight down road to the gate of South Seas Club Complex.

Best to have a private car, relatively no taxi's.

Very laid back and quiet. If you want a nice relaxing, quiet vacation, Marco is the place for you.

We have been vacationing in Florida for over 50 years (during kid & adult years) and when we first visited Marco, it was pure paradise, one of the few places in Florida where you can see the tropics and wild mangroves of yesterday. Marco Island has so much to offer the family, couples or girl's week away at the beach. You too will enjoy the quiet island life, come and visit one of the few remaining tropical paradise destinations in Florida. You too will be hooked. Tom Hughes purchased this Condo in 2012

The unit was clean and well kept. Everything needed for the week including beach chairs,cooler... was available. Perfect location with restaurants and stores located nearby. Great pool as well and the condo is right on the beach. The owners are responsive and great to work with. If you are looking for a weekly rental as we were this is a perfect choice.

We really enjoyed your condo! Furniture and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchen were very nice and well stocked with the essentials. The long walk to the beach was helped by the beach cart! We have been to Marco many times but this was first time at these condos. We had good experience and wouldn’t hesitate to rent yours again.

We are still in Marco Island having breakfast at Hoots while writing this review having reluctantly left beautiful condo. The unit itself is gorgeous decor but at same time, very comfortable beds and furniture. As others have stated, the beach cart is fantastic for hauling the beach chairs, umbrella, cold drinks, everything. I can't describe how perfect the landscaping is around the property. Like a picture. I used to live in Florida and also stayed at many properties but this attention to detail sets this property above others. The pool was much more spacious than the photos seemed to show. We had to hit Sami's Pizza twice because the food was so great the 1st time and the 2nd time did not disappoint!! Although we were not high in the tower to see the ocean directly, the value of this 2nd floor unit made it more than worth it with the beautiful views of Tiger Tail Preserve. We hit their Cafe as well and the playground was a welcome surprise. We will definitely be back!!!!!

We absolutely loved our first family vacation with our son. I haven't seen him smile or giggle as much as he has this last week! We absolutely loved the condo! We felt right at home! Comfortable beds and pillows and on the second floor! We will be returning next summer with more family, we loved it so much! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!!
