Located in the private Seaview Club Condo complex, the unit overlooks the beautiful pool and tennis court and is a perfect local for a relaxing holiday. The large screened-in lanai overlooks the lush Florida landscape and has a direct wide view of the Gulf of Mexico.
The kitchen has stove, refrigerator, microwave, disposal and dishwasher and is fully equiped 'just like home.' Also has a full-size washer and dryer in condo!
The tropical master bedroom has a new bedroom suite complete with queen-size bed and more than enough drawer space. The second bedroom has bunk beds and a queen bed with a 'Tropical' theme.
Walk to restaurants, movie theatres, churches, shops or hop the Marco Island bus which tours the island or can take you into Naples.
There is ample parking in the Condo complex. If you enjoy boating or pier fishing, the Caxambas Marina is only an 1/8 mile (approximately three minutes) walk from the Condo.
Marco Island is ideal for bike riding, jogging or scooters. Bikes and scooters are available for rent as are jet-ski and boats.
18 miles to Naples, 40 miles to Ft. Myers, 90 miles to Miami, three hour boat ride to Key West.

We rent a house every December so I didn't know what to expect with the condo- it was fantastic!! Location- minutes from the beach and restaurants and stores. Kids enjoyed walking to 7/11 for slurpees and mom liked not having to drive. Condo was loaded- I really didn't need to bring my beach towels, umbrella or chairs. The condo had it all. Even had beach toys and a pump for our large inflatable beach duck(kids purchased on their tourist store walk). It was clean,welcoming and comfortable with everything you could need. Definitely reconsidering the house rental from now on-condo all the way. Allen made the entire process easy. Hope to rent again soon! Kirsty Stevens
Our stay at the Seaview on Marco was perfect! The unit had everything you could possibly need on your vacation and the owners were so pleasant to deal with. Very spacious unit and plenty of room for visitors. The beach access is right there and the pool was so clean and inviting. Thank you Allen and Diane!
Nice condo. Close to beach access. Good owners to rent from. We have stayed here before and look forward to returning next year. Most people very friendly who stay here.
My husband and I stayed recently with our daughter and her friend for spring break. This condo was fantastic. It was like being at home. The cable/internet service periodically acted up (pixelation and dropping out) but that is the service provider issue not the condo owner. Condo had everything that we needed including plenty of linens. Close proximity to the beach access made for a gentle walk even for my husband and I with mobility issues. Other residents of condos were very friendly. My husband and I got stuck in the elevator one evening due to a elevator door malfunction but the property management responded very quickly. We were only stuck for about 20 minutes. Property management had elevator maintenance on the property very quickly to have the elevator operational. I would gladly stay at this condo again. The condo owner is great to work with and returned our deposit promptly. The area is a joy to visit. The beaches were beautiful and the sunsets are awesome. Several people gather on the beach in the evening to watch the sunset. One evening the sunset was absolutely beautiful and those watching actually applauded once the sun was below the horizon. The Sunset Grill across the street had a wonderful coconut encrusted grouper on special. The Chilean sea bass at Marco Prime is amazing. My trip to the farmers market on Wednesday ended with wonderful pastries, bread, jewelry, flowers and some new raffia hats. It was a joy to see everyone walking, jogging, running and riding bikes through the island. You can take the Key West Express boat trip to Key West and back but I would stay one night in Key West to enjoy the dinner scene.
This property features 2bdrms. and 2 baths.Although just 2 of us stayed here , 6 people would be comfortable here.Property owner Allen was congenial and prompt answering emails and tenant friendly. Condo had everything a couple or group would need for a week or more stay Location was excellent being across from the Gulf and near the path to Beach. Great pool and weather this week. People in the complex were friendly. If we return to Marco, will be sure to return.

Comfortable family room lounge chairs were a great place to relax after a day of activities. Pool was just the right temperature and there were both sunny and shady areas in which to relax. Beach access was just a short walk across the street, which made it easy to pick up and go whenever we had the urge.

This condo is really great. Nicely furnished and decorated and well equipped. The folks at Seaview are very nice and the owners are easy to work with. Seaview is a very short walk to the beach and there are Gulf views from the unit. The Seaview building is just the right size and we enjoyed the pool and tennis court which you can see from the unit. This family of four will definitely stay here again when we come back to Marco.
This condo was perfect for our family of 5. Our kids are 20, 17 and 16. We went to Marco Island for rest and relaxation for the entire family, so extra activities weren't necessary! This condo was perfect, the decor was very welcoming. This unit had everything necessary from the kitchen to the bath. It was a huge plus having towels and all linens provided, not to mention beach chairs and umbrella. We did purchase a few extra chairs and left them for others to use. We had a short walk to the beach with easy access. We ventured out for dinner every night, the restaurants included the Sunset Grill, The Snook Inn, Dolphin Tiki Bar, Quinn's (Marriott) and Marco Prime. Since the Sunset Grill was directly across the street, we did go there more than once, food and drinks were fabulous plus a great view of the sunset. For breakfast, we found Doreen's Cup of Joe! Beebe's Ice cream and Putt Putt were also on the list of likes! As for the owners of this unit, they were extremely easy to work with from the original rental agreement to the return of our deposit. They responded to any questions we had our trip very quickly. Like the previous review on this unit...there was no internet connection in the unit but that was corrected after our stay. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place to vacation on the south end of Marco Island.
We stayed for a week and it was a most enoyable and relaxing vacation. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. There were many beach chairs and beach towels as well as a foldable cart. There was no beach umbrella so we purchase one and left it there. We had spotty internet access on the lanai but it was adequate. Highly recommend this condo.
