2 independent apartments in a lovely detached villa part of an elegant estate, that is over 500 years old and was originally a small monastery. The property is situated in the heart of Italy's Umbrian region, near the small village of Uppello only 4 km from the medium sized town Foligno and therefore in a wonderful location for exploring the rich cultural heritage of the region. Perugia is only 30 km distant, Spoleto 20 km, Spello 5 km, Bevagna and Montefalco 10 km.
The 2 apartments are in the guest villa that is situated a few meters from the main building and are both very comfortable and spacious. The ground floor apartment has a sitting room with coking corner, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom. The first floor apartment (accessed via an exterior staircase) has a large kitchen with dining area, a twin bedroom, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Decorated in typical Umbrian style, these two units are attractively furnished, with attention to detail. It is possible to rent the villa too, for a holiday or a longer stay in Umbria.
