Think of it – a tropical island, a boutique resort, nestled in Jamaica’s most beautiful guard gated beach community, the sheer bliss of basking in the sun in a secluded cove, dining under the stars by candlelight, just the two of you, or the entire party. Wear what you like, and feast when you’re hungry on delicious Jamaican home-cooked meals prepared by your personal chef.
Indulge in the various Villa amenities or take a short walk down to Mammee Bay Beach or enjoy the island’s many attractions.

Accomodations
The main house includes seven bedrooms (rooms 1 to 7) and also option of adding one or more of our poolside bedrooms (rooms 10 to 14). The main house also includes a living room, formal dining and a large kitchen.
Room 1….king size bed, ensuite bathroom.
Room 2….king size bed, ensuite bathroom.
Room 3….king size bed, ensuite bathroom.
Rooms 4 and 5….queen size bed in each, adjoining bathroom.
Rooms 6 and 7….two bedroom parents/kids quarters with a king size bed in room 7 and a queen size bed in room 6, adjoining bathroom.
Room 10….two queen size beds, ensuite bathroom, ensuite kitchen.
Rooms 11 to 14…. king size bed in each, ensuite bathroom.

The villa was clean and well kept. The rooms were beautiful, and clean.The staff was very helpful. We kept getting asked by our guest how we found such a beautiful yet private place and they all wanted to use it for upcoming events. I will definable be going back.
Main issue seem to be no bands to access beach.
The property was wonderfully kept. The staff were all welcoming, friendly and always their to help with your every need. We felt very safe and secure the entire time. And the private beach setting was just icing on the cake. We can’t wait to go back.
I stayed at Jam Villa in October 2016 for 3 nights, along with my wedding party consisting of my newly-wed wife and 13 friends and family members. I did a ton of research on Jam Villa, even visiting for an onsite tour weeks prior to my actual stay. I wanted a villa with charm, beauty, and locale that was up to par with nearby RIU Ocho Rios and Jewel Dunn's River resorts, without having the all-inclusive prices and craziness that came along with it. Jam Villa is definitely that place. First and foremost, the villa is beautiful. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner during my stay, and I have to say that the man takes pride in his craft. My entire wedding party gave rave reviews on the looks of the place. The housing layout was perfect for us - it provided a "homey" feel without feeling crammed, and the rooms were spacious. The villa grounds were just as impressive. There is a pool which was perfect for hot days, a jerk grill that the staff used to make jerk pork and chicken for our welcome dinner, and a tennis/basketball court for any active folks. There's also a fairly-sized lawn and gazebo in the far ground that we took advantage of for our First Look pictures. Our wedding was held at a separate venue, but in hindsight, could have been done at Jam Villa. That's how beautiful it is. Most importantly, the professionalism of the staff was what sold me the most on Jam Villa. The entire staff was gracious and accomodating in attending to all of our needs. Ms. Green and Tamara in particular are shining stars - they both went above and beyond to make sure that our stay went well without a hitch. Lastly, I provided the staff a list of meals for the cooks to prepare during our stay. I'm a Jamaican national, so I wanted to ensure that those guests in Jamaica for the first time got the authentic meals :) Special kudos to the cooks!! They delivered on all facets. Thank you, Jam Villa, for making our stay such a memorable one. Cheers.

In August we took a family vacation and stayed at Jam Villa and it was a total pleasure, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The Chef did great meals for us and the private beach was awesome. I will definitely come back to Jamaica and stay at Jam Villa a real gem of a private villa, booking for next year very soon.
