Fantastic family or couples holiday retreat. You will feel right at vacation home when you walk up the Spanish style steps to an open floor plan. Vaulted ceilings, hand painted tile surfaces, and sweeping mountain and ocean views throughout the house.

Truly relax in this casual, beachy, yet elegant atmosphere. Prepare to spend a magical stay of sun filled days and quiet starry nights. Enjoy a stroll on the famous Surfrider Beach as you watch world class surfers ride the waves. Rub shoulders with movie stars as you brunch at one of the many delightful restaurants found within walking distance from the beach.

More information: Upstairs, there is a large master suite with a private bathroom. Enjoy a good night's sleep in its comfortable king size bed, or take a nap on its cozy day bed that has a very comfortable trundle bed . The huge sundeck off the master suite is ideal for 'al fresco' dining, sunbathing, and watching the sunset as you sip a margarita or a glass of wine. Downstairs, the bedrooms share a charming colonial style bathroom. One guest room with its queensize bed is a romantic retreat with its own private deck and garden view. The children or another couple can share a room with a unique bunk bed that comfortably sleeps 3 (2 in the lower full size mattress and 1 on the upper twin). The kitchen has lots of counter space and a breakfast bar. The dining area has a deck, ideal for morning coffee or an afternoon hors d'oeuvre. Cozy up near the fireplace as you watch your favorite movies on a flat screen TV. The large natural rock, two level patio with tropical landscaping is perfect for outside dining.
