Description

An absolute gem, a remodeled, newly renovated, very old barn Ticino, situated on a slope in Magadino for two (possibly three) people.

In summer the sun shines from morning to night!

From November to late January is no direct sunlight.

Undeveloped land 9000 m2 with wonderful lake view.

Downstairs: Kitchen with dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine, fridge and all amenities, dining room with antique furniture, bathroom with tub, shower rod, sink, toilet.

Upper floor: Cherry wood flooring throughout, double bedroom with sloping ceilings, living room with designer furniture, rocking chair, old Ticino table, bookcase and TV / radio.

Additional rooms: Separate redoubt with washing machine, iron, ironing board, tool box, central heating etc.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

Environment: Large courtyard with stone table, barbecue, pergola with table and chairs can, large lawn, Brunnenbad (1.5 x 1.5 m) with hot water shower, nothing to be desired. People who seek peace and the special will spend a dream vacation.

The parking lot is up at the entrance to the property because it is "agricultural zone" is, should not be driven to the house.
