To the south and minutes away is Lido Key, St. Armand's circle, downtown Sarasota , Siesta Key. To the north is Anna Maria Island and downtown Bradenton. Buildings have elevators. Ideal beach settings for the eventual Florida vacation. Stretching between the Gulf of Mexico and Sarasota Bay. Perfect to spend your time gunfire, biking, shopping, fishing, golfing, tennis, or dining. Many people all over the word come to spent the winter months here. Sarasota downtown offer a great place for shopping, restaurants and to walk around the many venues of art and entertainment including Van Wezel Performing Arts Center, Asolo Theater, Ringling Museum, Sarasota Ballet Opera, and more. You’ll also find terrific shopping and amusement on St. Armands Key, Anna Maria Island & Bradenton.

There has been a miss origin about our beaches and the oil spill. To clarify, there is NO oil in our waters, there was never any oil in our beaches. Our beaches are blue crystal clear with soft white sands and plenty of shells for the collectors. It's not unusual to see dolphins jumping close to shore when playing and feeding. Manatees can be seen from time to time. conditions in FL during the day range from the 60 to the upper 70 degree with gorgeous blue skies. Cold fronts bring the temperatures down, but so far this season the cold blast has been only 2-3 days in a row.
