Very pleased with the property and the pool was wonderful
Nice home in a good location. Pool was great especially with the lanai to keep the bugs out. The House was immaculate. The owners were nice and helpful. There was a glitch with the washer but they took care of it right away. They were out of town when we discovered that the sink disposal was jammed by a wash cloth so we could only use one side of the sink. No big deal. We never could seem to figure out the tv in the living room but we weren’t there to watch tv. The community was very nice with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. It is very close to the beaches but there was a red tide so we couldn’t get any beach time. My two brothers and I were ther for a fishing trip and Captain Dave Stephens with Back Bay Extreme. Capt. Dave did not disappoint. Great fishing in Charlotte Harbor. Snook, Redfish, Mangrove Snapper, Sea Trout, and Tarpon. Best fishing trip ever. We will definitely be back.
We enjoyed a two week stay at the property in July 2018 and although the weather was very hot, we were comfortable both inside and out due to the excellent air conditioning and fans inside and out. The house itself is in a lovely street surrounded by pretty houses, trees and canals.It has a lovely view from the pool area and is very quiet night and day. The owners live locally and it was lovely to meet them both. The house is very well equipped and extremely clean. It has comfortable beds and a great kitchen with new appliances. We enjoyed the large television and being able to access Netflix. There are many lovely beaches within easy access and restaurants / supermarkets within easy driving distance. The pool and spa were lovely and we made great use of them and the comfortable sunbeds. It was great to be able to sit in the shade of the lanai and have the outdoor fan. We enjoyed a few barbecues there! We would highly recommend this property and would love to return in the future.
The property was well maintained. Everything was there to enjoy the vacation. The outside was appealing with the beautiful maintained trees and grass, flowers. The bedrooms were very clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. It was a group of ladies and we all loved the home. The swimming pool and spa was a plus. The owners Deb/Ben provided us with the information in a timely manner and was very receptive to our stay. Overall the pictures on the computer doesn't do it justice it's more than what you see on the website. Thank you Deb/Ben for sharing your home with us, we truly enjoyed it and didn't want to go anyplace else once we was inside. Wonderful??????????
We loved everything in the house from the first minute to the last. The owners did their best to make the guests feel comfortable. The pool, patio, hot tub, house itself, furniture, rooms, location; everything was perfect. My kids and wife thanked me a lot for picking this property. We had a wonderful holiday and will try to come again for sure.
